Issue resolved
Thank you everybody for your input. I have decided to wear it only low cut stuff. It makes a funny shape under many shirts. I will, in the future be purchasing a much smaller band, and maybe slightly larger cup.
Original problem
I am having a hard time determining bra cup fit. I generally know when the band is not right. Just having an issue with cup fit. I am too used to seeing crazy cleavage to be an accurate judge.....Also, it appears that I have taken great pains to keep my arms out of these pictures. Lol.

helpfulI would try a 32G, but it seems like the gore is too wide for your seemingly close-set breasts.

helpfulThe Freya Taylor runs a bit small in the cup- the 32G gives me almost the same problem that you appear to be having (popping up over the lace).
However, the band is a bit stretchy (I have the same ribcage measurement), so it may be the size for you. If the regular Deco in 32G is just a bit too big in the cup, a Taylor in 32G might do the trick.
However, if you find you 'fall into the middle' of the Deco and pop out towards the center gore, I'd recommend trying another model bra.

I think you may be right about the Taylor though. I ordered a 32G Deco based on measurements, and it is a teeny bit too large. I mean just barely. I have slid fingers in there to assess space left (good luck seeing any wrinkles in that thick cup) and the only place I think there may be any space is up where the straps meet the top of the cup. I am betting you are probably right.

helpfulThe front looks like there's a bit of quad boob on the front (from the top picture), but it is really hard to recommend what to try next without having a look at the back and see how loose it really is.
From the measurements alone, it looks like a 32 or even a 30 band might fit. Then you might give a shot to a 30GG or H (not available for Taylor and Deco sisters) if there was some spillage still.

I am still new at this, but I agree there is a bit of overspill on this. Try a larger cup.

Cool. Thanks. I didn't realize that there was any spill out until I saw the photo. It is interesting how this stuff works. I bought this a couple of months ago, and haven't worn it too much. One thing is for sure, that band rides up like crazy when worn for very long. I am finding even my 32s ride up unless on the middle hooks. My 34FF Affinitas Charlotte is even better in the band on the middle of the hook, so I am thinking you are absolutely right on the 30" band. Too bad Freya doesn't have those sizes though! I like Freya bras. My Taylor bra is my absolute favorite one...

If the band is riding up that much, then going down just one band might not be enough. Your band should be firm on the loosest hook.
Freya has plenty of 30 bands but the Deco/Taylor reach up to GG cups. -
Thanks guys. I do have to say though, I am still very surprised at the quad boob displayed in the photo. I don't see that when I wear it without a short or under clothes. I am thinking that maybe I had the straps too tight that time? How does that work. Are the straps supposed to be on a firm setting or less firm setting. I think I will pose this question in the bra adventures too.

I just ordered a 32FF in the Freya Deco. I have since measured myself and realize I should have done a 30" band. I have lost a few pounds, and guess somehow I just assumed that I should have stayed at a 32". Either way, it is still far better than the 36DD I was wearing. I have little worry about the band fit.
