Issue resolved
Thanx everyone, it's been really educational!
Original problem
properly scooped, on the tightest hook and tightest straps.
I took in the gore. Tell me what you think.
The band is still too loose and the wires 2 wide.
Would a 28j in this make the wire problem worse?
If I didn't hate the band on this one so much, Id buy a million of them and alter the gore.

helpfulThis bra is super stretchy and a 28-band should be fine on you size wise. It's probably what you should wear. As it's a sister size the cups should be similar.
However, if you have wire issues now, those will be worse. Not because the band would be too big, but because it's too big now, which means that the wires are not stretched as they will be with proper tension in the band. A 28J (altered of course) will therefor probably be better in the band but make the wire issue even worse. What do you prioritize?
(If you want to cheat, you can wear the bra tighter at the bottom than at the top, that will give you more tension but not stretch the band as much. Doesn't give as much support, but atleast better than big all over)

Well, all the ones in the same "cut" Brooke etc should work, but those are really hard to get your hands on, but they are looser along the top edge.
If you want something more like the shape, with a tighter upper edge I would suggest looking for the older version of Alexa, including Olivia, which basicly leaves you with Sasha and Olivia I think... Not exactly but quite similar.

In 30j?

30J probably. I found Lucy a bit more generous...

helpfulIt looks like your band is definitely too big, which I know that you already know, but if the stretched band is 40.2 inches that that's about 10 inches bigger than a stretched band should be for you! Depending on how stretchy the band is I'd try a 30, but not a 28 because your ribcage is bigger than that - I've recently had problems with 30 bands because my ribcage measures 31 and even though they say that I could really wear a 30 or a 32, this one band only stretches to 30.5 inches. It looks like the cups are about a size too small considering the quadboob and the center gore, so I'd try a 30HHH or whatever the equivalent to that is.

helpfulApart from the too big back size, I think this style looks stunning on you! But it certainly also looks so well, because you took in the center gore that much

helpfulYou know what? I think the cups are too big.
You have the straps on the shortest setting. Unless you are a very small person with your boobs high on your chest - you don't need to have the straps shortened so much.
Straps tightened can hide a too big cup. I've seen a woman who needs a 32GG make a 30JJ look ok on her, just by tightening the straps.
That the cup is too big is indicated by the empty space near the wire and the too wide wires. Going down in the cup might also take care of some of the band issues. A too big cup with too wide wires makes the band feel loose.
I would not go for a 28J in this bra, it will make all your problems only worse.
I agree that the band is too big, but see if you cannot get a 30H to work for you or maybe a 28HH if you are that determined to go for a 28 band.

I know!!! When I loosen them I get room on the sides and on top of the cup - not too much but still room, and it makes me jiggle pretty much :(
I am really more and more lost whith this fitting thing. It seems that I am a different size in every bra I try o.O
I know you are the one who can tell a lot by just looking at the messures, so here they are:Ribcage: 73 cm supertight - 77 cm totaly loose
Overbust in this bra: 103 cm exhale, 106 cm inhaleing
Bent over whitout a bra - 111 cm
Perimeter 36 - 38 cm, not sure where the tissue ends
Projection bent over without a bra from sternum - 16 cm.
Nip to neck - 28 cm
Boobs very round, full on top and bottom, medium firm, omega shape. -
Based upon your measurements I would strongly recommend a 30 band, maybe a 32 band if it is supertight. A 28 band would be too much I think. Cupsize: based upon measurements somewhere around 30H/HH/J. Add in the pictures of the Cleo Lucy in 32H and the Cleo Alexa in 30J and I think you are in the 30H/HH range with British brands. (Ewa Michalak is another cup of tea.)
That the Lucy and the Freya Antoinette do not fit you is because of breast migration. They might have fit you in the beginning, but I think that your boobs are coming back and they want to be in the center and up, making you full on top with a lot of volume near the centergore. I think you could be a Freya girl, some Fantasie bras should also work on you. Another brand that you could keep your eyes peeled for would be Debenhams Gorgeous. Gorgeous is Debenhams DD+ housebrand, the bras work very well for people who are full on top. I can especially recommend the SideSupport cuts, IIRC those also went up to a J-cup. Unfortunately I cannot see the SideSupport cuts at Debenhams at the moment.
My recommendation would thus be to keep experimenting with Ewa Michalak, I think this brand really suits your shape.
Regarding a 28 band - I think you might be able to close the band on a 28J, but then the wires would get pulled wide and out of shape. Since you need narrow wires, this would be the opposite of what you seek. For this reason I would suggest you exchange the 30J Cleo Alexa for a 30HH or 30H, not a 28J.

Did some digging on Debenhams: Item number 1500102043 is a good cut that works well on many women. Sadly it is not available in 30H/HH at the moment. But in case this bra runs as tight in the band as the other Debenhams bra I listed, you might be able to get away with a 32GG/H in this bra. *scratches head*
Another good cut is item number 1500105856.
Aside from that you could just search on Debenhams for bras in 30H and 32H, I found 6 bras there in 30H for around 15 pounds each. Quite a bargain if you compare that with Freya.

Thank you so much! I was planning to stick to 30 bands because I do not apreciate the wider wires in 28's, so if I make the alexa exchange, I would wear it with an extender.
I ordered from ewa again, so waiting for that one and I wanted to give andorra another shot - bratabase puts me in 30j? Should I go for Hh instead? I also have my eyes on freya lacey, but Im afraid of the quadboob I got from antoinette.
I think you are right on the migration thing - antoinette and lucy did not look this bad when I first got them. Even thogh antoinette did give me a slight quadboob from the start. Even my nip to neck moved about 1,5 cm up! Do you think this migration thing will go on? -
The Andorra runs a tiny bit small in the cup, it also gives a more rounded shape if you go up in cupsize in this bra. If you can, try this bra in 30HH and 30J. But the elastic lace on the Andorra is very forgiving, so doesn't really matter that much. Just consider that the wires will be wider in the 30J.
Freya - I think the Jolie might be better than the Lacey. I don't know about the Lacey, but I had the Jolie once in 38J, it was huge on me and allowed a lot of volume in the upper part of the cup.

I should see how a 28j looks first and star from there. Meanwhile, do you know anything else that would give this shape an coverage but maybe in a sturdier fabric?
