Issue resolved
I cannot wear this bra. I think I will sell it. Thanks everybody for your help.
Original problem
I am having a hard time determining bra cup fit. I generally know when the band is not right. Just having an issue with cup fit. I am too used to seeing crazy cleavage to be an accurate judge.

helpfulI'm having trouble seeing from the image (black fabric on black fabric and bad eyes)- does the center gore lie flat on your sternum, or is there a gap between your chest and the underwire? I have this problem all the time- it's usually from a too-small cup or, as faustineli said, a too-wide gore. The issue you seem to be having with wrinkles under the armpit can also be a symptom (though I'm not sure if that's just from your raised arms in that picture.)
I recommend pinching the gore area with your fingers (squeezing the cups closer together; try it at the top of the cups first, then at the bottom. Sometimes one works better than the other) to see if that helps. If it does, you might want to tailor it- it shouldn't be a huge fix, just adding another seam at the gore would work. Then see if it passes the all-day wear test!

helpfulThis bra has a wide gore that can be problematic for close breasts. After several hours, do you get quad-boob/fall into the middle or does everything stay in place?

Great call! Yes, I wore this bra yesterday and indeed my boobs did fall toward the middle in the day. I spent a good part of the day re-adjusting. I have determined that this bra will only be worn around home. Thanks!

helpfulYou might be more comfortable in a 32G since you have some breast tissue escaping out the sides of the cup.

I agree, a center gore alteration would help. Here's a tutorial: http://boobiusmaximus.livejournal.com/1474.html?nojs=1
And here's one that demonstrates overlapping underwires if two underwires next to each other are still too wide: http://brasihate.blogspot.com/2011/12/saving-princess.html
Remember that altering the center gore will make the band shorter but as this band stretches 5 inches larger than the underbust altering the band shorter can only improve the fit.
