Original problem
Band is too big and cups gape. I've tried the 30FF in the same style and I got a slight double boob after I swooped and scooped. But when I hunch my shoulders and the breast tissue settles into the cup, I get the gaping seen above.

helpfulThis isn't exactly a suggestion as such, but more my experience to show that you are not the only person with this problem and it may be more of a shape incompatibility issue than the wrong size.
I seem to have the same problem with both of my Decos, particularly the purple one over the black (as black bras tend to run a little smaller). When I scoop and swoop, it fits well, though I do have to work at making sure the centre gore stays tacked to my chest. However, when I hunch forward, or after wear, the cups gape. I'm tempted to try the Deco in a 28F instead of the 28FF I own, but when I got fitted into this bra the fitter said that it was not a sizing issue but due to my narrow shoulders. She said that because my shoulders are narrow, the straps lean in closer than they are designed to, thus distorting the shape of the cup and creating gaping. As I have a 26 inch ribcage, both of my decos (though more so the purple one) ride up on me, which also contributes to the cups being pushed forward at the top and gaping. I've tried tightening the straps to avoid the gaping, but this just makes the back band ride up more. I'm going to buy a Rixie Clip (http://www.thinandcurvy.com/2012/12/a-review-of-rixie-clip.html) to tighten the back band in an effort to reduce the problem. This bra still gives an excellent shape under clothing so I do wear it, but I think that perhaps it's not all that compatible with full-on-bottom breasts, as Cheryl from Invest In Your Chest found: http://www.investinyourchest.co.uk/freya-deco.
You could try a smaller cup, but it sounds like that won't really help. I'm no expert but I would probably recommend going with the smaller back size if the bigger one rides up at all, because I think riding up can contribute to the gaping problem. If you still have the issue, it is probably just that this bra isn't really compatible with your shape (not that that's stopped me from wearing it because the shape/cleavage is great!). Hope that is of some help!

helpfulMolded cups expect your boobs to mold to them, not the other way around. So yeah, you're not going to find the same conformation to your body that you would find with seamed cups. My Deco is two cup sizes too small, and I still get a little bit of gaping at the very top.
If the bra is otherwise comfortable and supportive, why not keep it and see if the fit changes with time and wear? All bras need to be broken in a little bit, and molded cups are no exception.
I do see that you report the band to be too big. Try a 30G first. Or try pulling the band tighter in the back. Perhaps the cups are hitting you in a slightly off way, leading to gaping. If the bra fits with an artifically altered band, then use one of the many tutorials on the internet to make the band smaller for good.

helpfulHello! There are several reasons why your breast tissue may fall back to place.
The band is much too large for your ribcage. If you tried the 30FF before, instead of going to 32F, you probably wanted to try 28G. The deco runs large in the band, you might have to start with an extender first. This bra is also better for people who are full on top, and you said your breast shape is full on bottom, so that might just be on of the inevitable reasons that the cups are too tall for you.
You also state that you have a wide root, where the Deco primarily made for narrower roots, so when you scoop it looks fine, but it goes away because it's just not wide enough for you.

My chest, in general, is narrow, but my breasts are wide in respect to my chest. The cups don't feel like they are too narrow

If the cups don't feel too narrow, perhaps you could also try a cup smaller and see how that works for you? The Deco seems to run large for bottom heavy boobs.

helpfulLeaving just a little room in the cups sometimes might not be a bad idea if you have underarm breast tissue or back tissue. If you do the scooping motion daily, eventually that lost breast tissue in those areas will go back to the cups. This also depends how willing that tissue want to get scooped back in and the overall bra design itself (keeping the breast tissue in place after it is scooped back).
I said it already in my other posts, do not be afraid to try different sizing combinations for the right fit. From the pictures, the band size seems just snug and right, but some people will think that its too lose and not secure enough.
Finally, the problems you have regarding the cups is related to the bra design itself, not because of any sizing issues. These bras are designed to be fitted to as many women's shape as possible, so you will get an easily satisfied fit for everyone, but it won't be enough for the bratabase community.
This of course, is our personal opinion.

Also, a bra is designed to support and look good under a shirt, where 80% of the time it will be. If it looks okay in a straight position under the shirt, there is nothing to worry, the cups are just a bit sturdy and wont move with your body
