Bra fitting help » Wrinkling near wire and centre gore won't lie flat, ok otherwise?
Ewa Michalak » Pl Black (64) » 75LL 34:18
Issue resolved
I think this is the issue I'm having: http://brasandbodyimage.wordpress.com/2013/05/14/s-wisniowka-review-and-pl-comparison. Might try alterations.
Original problem
Yay, a bra that doesn't give me quadboob. This is certainly a lot better than the 34JJ I tried!
Despite the issues mentioned in the title (that and I'm pretty sure it's too small in the band), is this a good fit?
I would appreciate it if you could take a look at me in the 80L - Ewa Michalak » Pl Ametyst (322) too (which I'm having similar issues with).
Thanks

helpfulWhat I see: the band is too tight, it's pulling the underwires almost to the back. Cups are too big. This bra isn't doing anything with your breast, no lift , no support

helpfulWell, I'm pretty inexperienced, so I can't really tell from your pictures, but here are a few things that could be possibilities or help out:
Maybe this is a silly question, but have you tried tugging the wires up so they sit just in the crease of your breast and maybe adjusting the straps?
EM bras are known for having pretty narrow wires, so maybe you need something a little wider?
Or maybe the gore is too wide? I noticed on your 80L that you mention it's sitting on breast tissue in the middle. Maybe if you alter it to make it a little narrower it won't sit on your breast tissue, and that might help it lay flat. Though perhaps you'll want to do that on one you don't feel is uncomfortably tight.
Good luck!

helpfulIt's difficult to tell from your side view pictures, but, it does not appear that the wire is sitting on the breast tissue as was mentioned below. Do you know if you have wide roots or narrow roots? That can make a huge help in finding a bra that fits amazing!
Honestly, I kind of feel like the cups are too big. There is gaping at the top by your armpit. Does this bra come with the little pads that can be removed or added in? If so, do these pictures contain the pads in or pads out? I think that one size down would be better (provided there are pads in the bra) OR the bra probably fits ok (if there are no pads in the bra and you put them in).
It is difficult to tell from the pictures, but, is the gore sitting on any of the breast tissue? Do you have close together breasts (it looks like you might in these pictures). If it is sitting on tissue, as mentioned below it might be too wide for your breasts and you may need to tack it in for a better fit.

Based on my experiences with other brands, I think I'm really narrow.
They do seem a bit big, yes. These pictures were taken without the pads in. It does seem a bit better with them in, especially on my (smaller) left side, where the gaping is more noticeable.
My breasts are fairly close together. The gore is sitting on my right breast partially. I might try bending it inwards, thanks!

helpfulI did had a look at PL Ametyst - it doesn't look good too - band and cups are too big. Plunges from Ewa are quite tight, so you could be great with band 85.

helpfulhi Kinky.... your boobs have some diff shape that is the reason you are not getting center gore lay flat.
Out part of your boobs is heavier than base.this could cause the issue in gore and specially in wrinkling.
near wires.See in last two pics. your outer part of the boobs is pressing the boobs down and spare is empty between wires and wings. so its causing wrinkle...I think if this bra is comfortable and not giving a quad boob then its is Good.
in last if you dont mind... you DP is Artistically Scary. change it plz....

I've tried tugging them up, but they never seem to stay there. I do get better lift if I adjust the straps tighter, but it's too tight to be comfortable.
The indent mark left from the bra is slightly outside of my breast tissue, so I think the width is ok (if not slightly too wide). I think you're right about the gore though. I'll think about altering it, thanks!
