Issue resolved
Sent the bra back, it is not the right shape for me.
Original problem
It looks like it fits, but it just isn't right.
I feel like I'm not supported at all in this bra, even though the band is tight enough (I started with it on the middle hook)
There is space in the bottom of the cups, I can put my finger between the bottom of my boob and the underwire.
I think the straps are too long which doesn't help, they are not fully adjustable and I usually have my straps as short as they go, almost.
I'm not sure if it might be that the cups are too big? they gape a little when i lean forward and move around.
I think my boobs might be top heavy, fairly close together and a rounded shape. I haven't had much luck with this type of bra in the past and have stuck to plunges.
I am thinking of just returning it unless anyone can help me?

helpfulFrom what I can see my guess is that the cups are too spaced apart for your boobs. If you look at the distance between the cups and the natural distance of your boobs they don't seem to match. That obviously causes discomfort and the bra doesn't really conform to your shape, it makes it even worse that the bra is really rigid. If you look closely you'll see that you have "armpit fat" at the sides, that really is escaped breast tissue! Try to swoop and scoop it in and I'm positive you would quadboob, spill out of the cups. Also, since the straps are way too long for you(I'm familiar with this problem, I encounter it almost with every bra I try on, very few exceptions) this also affects the fit of the bra. It seems like the straps are also spaced too far out on your shoulders, I think you would benefit from having the straps closer to your neck. You look petite. Try tugging at the top of the bra, a few cm closer to the neck from where the straps are currently positioned. Does this make the bra feel more supportive, if yes, you might have found a BIG issue! Although it's not FUN having to alter your bra, it's good to know WHAT to alter I hope you found this helpful!

Yes! It is much better if I pull the straps up :)
Although the cup separation looks worse when I hold the straps up.
Thankyou for your help.

It's a little better, but they get totally smooshed under the gore, no matter how many times I adjust they keep climbing back under the gore :/
I do not know how I managed to post that as its own suggestion! Oops.
-
Under the gore? I can't quite picture how you mean. Do you mean that your breast tissue is resting on the edge of the gore and is not contained inside the bra when you tug a few cm closer to your neck?
-
I't more like some of the breast tissue near the middle is sitting underneath the gore. I pull it out, but when I move it goes back.
Does that make any more sense? Sorry I'm bad at describing.
-
Oh, I think you mean that your boobs are pushing the gore forward a bit?
-
That'd be a better way to put it :P
I'm a little gutted, it only arrived today and it's a gorgeous bra.

Now we're on the same page :P I totally understand you! It's a real bra matrix... Complicated. We seem to be similar in age? If you'd like to we could bra chat haha through private messages. I'd love to :)

helpfulEverything looks alright, but I think it is just because you haven't settled into the bra yet.
Having a little room in the breast cups is a good thing. Take a look at your back and front photos, there's breast tissue in your underarms and back and if you do the scooping motion everyday, that tissue can go back into the cups. This takes time and you will not see the effects right away, but definitely leave a little room and keep in mind of the breast tissue in two of these places. I do not know if the design of this bra can hold the new breast tissue in place, but give it some time I guess.
The back band might be a little tight now, but it will slowly become correct because of the underarm tissue and the back tissue going back to the cups. So it is your choice if you want to go with a looser back band or not at this moment.
Get the shoulder straps altered to fit you if you think the shoulder straps are too long. Remember, every part of the bra should be at work supporting the weight of the breast.
And finally, please do not be afraid to choose different sizing combinations until you think the right one fits you.

The band isn't too tight, I started on the middle hook so if anything I'd like it to be tighter, what do you think about the cups being too far apart? The gore is sort of sitting on some breast tissue, will this right itself?
Thankyou :)

Oh, and also, the problem with the bra not being filled out at the bottom, try hoiking up your bra! :) Not that it would stay in that position(since your straps are too long, you could try to shorten them if you want to), but does the fit feel better then?
