Bra fitting help » Cups are much too small, aren't they?
Parfait By Affinitas » Donna Wire Bra (1702) » 30G 30:9
I had heard the cups ran bigger in this bra than they do in Parfait's other bras, but that doesn't seem to be the case for me. Either that or all my other bras are too small, and I just can't tell with moulded cups.
Parfait by Affinitas doesn't make cups above G, so it looks like I'm going to have just return this rather than exchange for a larger size. I normally wear 30G in this brand, but all of the other Parfait bras I own are molded cup.
Can you recommend something that gives a rounded shape and doesn't have too high of a gore. I only own molded cup bras, do I was looking for something non-molded that would be cooler in the Florida heat.
Is the pointy shape because the cup is too small or is it just the nature of sheer, seamed bras?
Do you think Cleo Lucy would work for me in a 28GG? I'm worried the gore would be too high for me. (The gore on Cleo Rihanna was too high for me.)

helpfulThe bra is not just too small, but also the rim of the cup is too closed for you.
All your padded bras are halfcups that are very open in the top.
Here the rim of the cup tries to come around and close at a place where you still have boobs, so it cuts in.
If the gore of the Cleo Rihanna was too high on you, chances are it will be too high on the Cleo Lucy.
I also think you might do better in the Cleo Marcie shape-wise, but again the gore would be too high.
If you want to try something different from your usual bras, I would suggest Fauve and Freya Halfcups.

helpfulYes, that looks about 2 cup sizes too small.
For unpadded bras that give a rounder shape, I would definitely look at Cleo. Lucy is good if you don't have much fullness at the top of your breasts. The center gore on that is quite wide, so you might need to alter it.
If you can do something with a fuller uppper cup, Cleo Marcie/Alex/Meg/Natasha is a possibility.
I don't think the center gore on any of these styles is all that high, but my definition of "too high" might be different from yours.

helpfulThis bra just gave me a very funny shape. It's like the cup construction naturally makes for an odd shape.
Try their Kelly bra for another option.

helpfulI dont think this bra is too small. It just has not enough projection for you. It fits women wo need cups with wide wires.
You can see under the arm where the wire goes back very much, if you would go up a cupsize, it would go round to your back even more, and thats the missing space you would need at the front.
Also, the wire cuts a bit into you breast tissue at the front, which means there is too much cup separation, or they are too high. This just isnt the right thing for your shape
For unpadded bras, try Cleo Marcie if Rihanna is too high, but give Lucy also a chance

helpfulThe bra cups are too small, but even if it's bigger I think you will not be satisfied with the look. Since the bigger the cups, the wider it becomes.
And the band size is too tight, it is indenting into your body (first picture). You will have the ring finger indentation effect if you keep wearing bras that tight.
Hope that helps.
Thanks for listening
