Issue resolved
Exchanging for slightly different style 34F.
Original problem
I ordered this slightly too small in the cup, but a size larger in the band, so I think the size might be passable. However, looking at my pictures, I'm not sure this style is doing me any favors. Opinions?

helpfulI think the shape itself isn't bad- the problem is that it doesn't look like it's giving you enough support. From the pictures, it looks to me like you're wearing the bra quite low. Is the underwire hitting right at the crease where your breast meets your ribcage? If not, try to re-adjust. That might improve the support.
If you're thinking of settling for it even if the shape/fit isn't perfect, try wearing it for a whole day before deciding. Even if you decide you like the look of the bra, you might find that it gets more uncomfortable as the day goes on, or that you have to constantly re-adjust. If that's the case, I think it would definitely be worth the trouble to keep looking for a better fit!

Aww! I know the feeling- I've never nursed, but my breasts are too soft for 1/2 cups, plunges, anything. If I lean over they just ooze right up and out. If I ever have kids they might just melt right off.
As for your style worries, I think that if you went up one or two cup sizes and down a band size it would look a lot better. It is a nice round shape, which, judging by fit of the other bras you marked as fitting in your profile, suits you very well. :) You really can't judge the look of the bra until you find the right size- I think it's worth continuing to look!

I agree. I am exchanging this for a 34F in a slightly different style.
Yes, the underwires were at the crease. I *think* that the problem is that after nursing 3 babies, my breasts are too soft for 1/2 cups. Everything just slumps down into the cup or gets pushed to the middle or side.
