Bra fitting help » EM issues again

I've said it many times, but me and EM just aren't compatible. Won't keep me from trying though!
I really love this bra, and will definitely keep it - but could do with some 2nd opinions on next order (hope they make more S-bras!)
It gapes slightly near the strap when I'm standing relaxed - if I press in on the center-gore (which isn't flat on my with EM's, no matter the size), it fills out.
So, technically, this is correct volume - but - since I never get the flat gore, shouldn't I aim to fit it in the way I actually wear it? And the way I actually wear it, there is slight gaping - hence, I could go for 70K instead. It isn't so flattering to have that slight gape showing. There is the issue of the orange in glass as well, though - it's ever so slight, but I fear a smaller cup would make it worse. To chance or not to chance?
Also, do you think it would be possible to sow slight boning on to it? I feel like, if the bottom of the cup was just stiffened a bit, it wouldn't make the Orange In Glass fold...

helpfulOh my, i think this is the best EM fit I've seen on you so far <3 <3 <3
If it wasn't for what you wrote, I would declaire it a perfect fit! Well, minus the cup crumbling near the wire.
Which is I think about boob being too heavy for the cup construction. (I concluded this recently after I lost some boob weight and the karmelki stopped colapsing below me). What helps a little with this problem is center pull straps - so moving straps closer to the center or sewing an extra pair. I think the only way to solve this completely is some sort of boning in the cup, but I'm not sure if you can do this after the bra has already been made. So maybe try adding some pads with boning like the braologie bra did? That would be easear to do and wouldn't mess up the bra.
Now, the gaping at the top will settle itself with wear, you are in the right size.
And I love this bra on you! <3One question - do the seams show much through clothes?
and how would you compare it to pl?

I'd love to see it under clothing, but just wearing a bra the front shot looks more green than pl's I saw on you!
Anyway, I think you can make your own boned pads with bra recicling. You must have ewa pads somewhere, and if you take the side boning from some old bras ans sew it up somehow? :)
If not, I BET Milk&Honey could make them for you :)
Did this bra come with pads?
Btw. those boned pads of braologie were much stiffer even without the boning than ewas pads. -
Got a picture up now - you can see that the seams are not too bad - it's not like a T-shirt bra, of course, but not worse than on other bras...
Here you can also see why I kind of want to size down - the edge of the cup isn't flush against my skin, so you can see that more than I prefer..
Is Milk&Honey crafty like that? I have plenty of EM pads, yes, but not any extra boning :( I've sold all my good old bras, and all my bad old bras don't have side boning.. I've been thinking, you know how sometimes boots have a hard plastic tube in them in the store, so they can stand up right? If I could get my hands on that kind of bendable, thin plastic, I could cut a pad-shaped piece, and pop in my bra - I think it would work pretty well, actually.. Will keep my eyes out!
The bra did not come with pads, and there aren't pockets for them either, but I could still just plop some down there, I don't think they could move around too much anyways, one my boob wedges them in place xD

Milk and Honey will sew bras with boning for Braboratory one day :) You should see her corsets, she does magic with boning <3
Anyway try poping some em pads as it is, see if that makes the top of the cup less visible. -
Yeah, just add an extra strap in the center and I promise the gapping on top will go away :) You'll also have a more sturdy cup :)

I don't have any helpful comments other than I think this looks great on you as well!

I'm not so crafty with sowing and I'm afraid I'll mess it up :b I think I saw someone link to a tutorial at some point, can anyone link it again for me, please? I'll look into it!

helpfulI wouldn't go down one cup size if I were you. That would probably make the bottom fold worse. The gaping is not very noticeable on the pic and all in all it seems like a decent fit to me.
More than anything, I'm excited that someone has finally tried the S bra! Will you review it on your blog?

There are 2 other S-bras here, and have you also seen this review? http://voluptuouslythin.wordpress.com/2013/01/24/guest-post-ewa-michalak-s-wisniowka/
Whether I put it on my blog depends on how I work it out - I don't want to put a post up where I have to say "I don't know" too much - so I'll try to conclude on the fit issues first.
Actually I've felt kind of bad about not reviewing so many bras on my blog :b But so often, I feel like I don't have anything more to say about them than "It doesn't fit" or "I don't like the shape" - which isn't all that much to blog about xD
-
Thanks! I hadn't seen the review or the other bras.
-
As someone with a similar shape and desires from bras, it's still nice info to see on your blog. :)
-
I agree with Elphabra - as someone with similar shape and bra wants, even seeing pictures of bras that don't fit or you maybe aren't sure about can be helpful! Even if your review is just an "eh," reading about how your breasts do in the bra and what your likes/dislikes are can be great!

helpfulThat's a really, really pretty bra. And very tempting to try. I had the S Porcelanka that I LOVED. Traded for an SM Bezyk because I wanted to see the fit difference. I love both bras but I'm definitely getting another S Porcelanka. I know next to nothing about EM bras...it was a fluke finding one on eBay...but this one is totally gorgeous and it does look great on you!

Oohh, if I could buy boned pads, that would be amazing! That would solve a number of issues I think - since this is probably on the large side for me, I wouldn't mind the extra volume of a pad, and the boning would help the cup to stay stable!
I've only worn it with a loose T-shirt so far, but the seams are quite flat - it's just very thin lace, so I expect it will show up less than the edge of a cup, but I'll report back with how it looks in a clingy top - I'll add a picture too!
I'd say size-wise it's very similar to PL's - perhaps a nudge bigger? Or perhaps fuller styles are just better at holding a bigger breast - we see this often with full cups, that people size down in those. So I think that's true here too.
Shape wise, they are very very similar - I prefer this shape though - I feel like there is more lift: With PL's, I often felt like I got a bit of a horizontal oval shape when seen from the front - here I feel like they must look rounder from the front - or maybe even vertically oval.
They also point more towards the middle, rather than straight forward, so even though I feel like they give the root a bit wider shape than PL's, the overall look is still quite narrow.
