Bra fitting help » How much too big are these cups?

Issue resolved
Not as bad a fit as I thought It doesn't bother me anymore, but it would be more supportive if it were a smaller band.
Original problem
This bra is obviously too big in the band. Though amazingly the center gore almost lays flat. My breast tissue is super soft and doesn't fill the top of the cup but on my larger boob it doesn't really gap but it is quite wrinkled. Is it one cup too big or 2? Also the center of the cups shows som wrinkling coming down from the horizontal seam, which seems a bit odd. What causes that?

helpfulDoesn't look too big, just too deep. I'd try shallower styles, like those found in this list: http://www.venusianglow.com/2012/09/small-breasts-with-broad-base.html

helpfulapart from the band, i think the cups look pretty good on you to be honest
i can't really see the wrinkling that you are talking about, sorry.
i guess you will need a 28F based on a smaller band and bigger cups... maybe only a 28E though.

helpfulActually, I think if you had a 30E the problem would be solved, it's a tiny bit too deep but if the band is tighter the whole thing will probably get stretched out just enough for you to fill the cup.

I agree, although you might need a 28F as well, it depends on the true-to-size factor of the band and what you prefer :)

helpfulI'm with the others. I don't think the cups look bad at all, I've found that I get wrinkling in most bras because of my shape (full on bottom, narrow, soft) not size. So, you sound like a similar shape to me, and from the pictures you look similar. I also think you'd be the same size as me - 28F/FF!

I agree that the cups don't look bad on you at all. A lot of women with wide root shallow breasts get this wrinkling at the top of unpadded balconette bras. Does it show under a shirt?
Vertical wrinkles usually mean that cups are too big or that a bra doesn't have the right cut for a woman, but I can only see those in the picture where you lift your arm, and then that's normal again.
As long as the wires are wide enough for you, I'd say the cups fit fine.
