Issue resolved
got all the help needed that I was looking for. Thanks to all.
Original problem
It feels like boobs are just hanging in the bra. The boobs are just falling down and there is nothing the bra is doing. Look at one boob, its so much below the other. I just don't know what is my perfect size and what size of bra will fit me exactly. There's whole lot of story to talk about my boobs and bras.

helpfulThe band is too large again. No matter what, when you lift your hands up your boobs shouldn't be falling out at the bottom of the bra.
If you are determened ti stick with wireless bras but still want a bit of lift,
only this comes to mind
http://www.freyalingerie.com/lingerie/essentials/deco/moulded_soft_cup_bra.aspx?colour=nudeWell, also Jeunique J 31 comes to mind but that's kind of required taste.
Now if you are willing to give wires a try, I would *highly* reccommen Chantelle Rive Gauche 3 Part Cup (3281) . It would suit your shape well and would also fit both your breasts regardless of the slight asymmetry, as it is made out of stretch lace.
When you get a bra in a bandsize that's not way too large, be sure to pull the bra high eough - your boobs seem to be set very high on chest!

helpfulThe band seems to big and the cups are way too small. You most likely need a 36 bands, 38 if the band runs tight, 34 if it runs big.
In the Freya Deco Moulded Soft Cup Bra (4231) Vee recommended I would suggest that you try a 36G which seems to match your breast perimeter size wise. Remember to always fit your larger side, you can always add pads to the smaller side later.
As for lift, first of all the bottom edge of the cup needs to sit right in the fold under the breast. Now, for it to stay there the band needs to be snug. With your ribcage 34 and 36 bands seem to be the best: http://www.bratabase.com/search/advanced/?ribcage=91&breast_perimeter=0&stretched_band_length=100&band_length=0.0&cup_width=0.0&cup_depth=33&wire_length=0.0&gore_height=0.0&wing_height=0.0&cup_separation=0.0&strap_width=0.0&units=0&size=&brand=&search=Advanced+Search This might sound scary but it actually does work.
While a G-cup might sound scary this is the sizes for measurements similar to yours that fit those persons: http://www.bratabase.com/search/advanced/?ribcage=91&breast_perimeter=33&stretched_band_length=0&band_length=0.0&cup_width=0.0&cup_depth=0&wire_length=0.0&gore_height=0.0&wing_height=0.0&cup_separation=0.0&strap_width=0.0&units=0&size=&brand=&search=Advanced+Search
I'm a bit hesitant over the 36E, I'm not so sure that actually was a good fit, but in general 36G-ish seem to do the trick. It isn't a huge size. It is just what you need.
If the cups are shallower than your boobs your boobs will force the cups downwards to get more room. This means that you will get less lift the smaller cup size you wear. So size up a lot.

helpfulI agree - this band is way too big if it can sit on the base of your breast tissue. When the band is tight enough you should be falling out of the *top* of the bra, never at the bottom. I would strongly recommend purchasing something with a 36 or 38 band, putting it on nice and tight and then trying to get the cup size right.
There are some soft cup bras out there - but you'll need the right size. All the support of a bra comes from the band, so a firmly fitting band is a must. Then swoop and scoop your breast tissue up and get the right cup!
Honestly, I know some women give up on bras and switch to soft cups to get some kind of wearing comfort, but an underwired bra in the absolute right size will be comfortable - I promise!

A traditional firm control soft cup bra such as Triumph Doreen would give your boobs a better shape and there's no chance of escape. I have one that is as firm as a sports bra and still comfortable. Not a pretty bra but would help your shape.

helpfulI agree with everyone else. This bra is simply way too big, plus, it has zero support. Even though this bra is wireless, it would seem that the center gore could be a lot closer than it is, and the cups should enclose your breasts. Here are some soft cup bras that may offer some lift and shaping:

If you don't get the proper size, however, you'll have the same results with these bras that you get from the one you're wearing in your photo.
Have you tried any underwire bras?

I want to try underwired but I have a feeling that underwires are bad for health. Someone told me that wearing underwired bra regularly reduces the blood circulation under the breast and its not good for health on a long run. I don't know how true it is. Do you use underwired regularly and If you are using it, did you have any problems yet?

As far as I know, underwires shouldn't damage you! And I think that if you're wearing the actual right size, underwires shouldn't be uncomfortable. I've always worn underwires and have never had problems. :)

I wouldn't call that asymmetry slight, it's actually quite a big difference between her two breasts. Those with slight asymmetry can make do with just tightening one of the straps a little bit tighter than the other, but that wouldn't help in this case. I think you give good advice though :)
