Issue resolved
got the perfect fitting guide.
Original problem
The boobs are just covered in the cups but does feel supported by the bra. The boobs feel hanging in the cup. Instead of getting support from this bra my boobs are sagging. Even the cleavage is not well defined.

helpfulOh my...
Firt, the band is clearly too large for you - it stretches almost 10 cm more then what your underbut number is - and from the pictures I'd say it was in fact smaller then you reported.
So no wonder you have no support.
And is that a wireless bra? I woul be glad if it wa because it would mean it wasn't resting on your breast tissue.
So, wrong size and a wrong bra.
Now let us find you a right size.
Please measure
-underbust as tight as possible while exhaled
-underrbust comfortably snug while exhaled
-underbust loose inhaled
-bust standing without a bra
-bust leaning without a bra
-bust laying flat on the back without a braThis will help us ballpark your size and find something to lift those babies up

helpfulI don't think the cups are even the biggest problem...the band looks like it's way too loose on your body. Your breasts are too "free" to fall anywhere they please, because nothing is confining them to where you want them to be. Before finding Bratabase almost all my bras were wire-free and shaped like your bra. (I really liked the Barely There Customflex Fit). It turned out all my bands were way too loose. I'd never once measured the projection of my breasts, so the cups I wore did nothing for me.
What works for me with wire-free: If you need to wear wire-free, try to find one that has separate cups and a full band that has a shape that's more like an underwire bra (i.e. Anita Safina or a Spanx bra). Try to get the center gore part of the bra as close to your body as possible.Updated on July 6, 2013 Flag this

helpfulThat's kind of what I used to look like in my 38/40 B-cups... heck, even this pic of me in a 36DD (way too small cups with a SUPER stretchy band): http://media.bratabase.com/cache/1e/d8/1ed8063bf44a90068e0179620789fefb.jpg
I'm a little brain-fuzzy at the moment, so I'll just say you should listen to Vee's and ShaniSunAZ's suggestions.

helpfulThe band looks thin and stretchy. The straps also look thin. The bra itself just looks flimsy. I found that underwire helps a lot too.

helpfulIf you haven't worn a wired bra cause you always found them uncomfortable,I highly suggest trying a few in your true size once you figure it out.Underwire is a ton more comfortable once you have the right size,as well as style, cause it's not digging into breast tissue and hurting you,it will be encasing it.
