Got the answer for all the queries.
Original problem
Although its a sports bra but I feel it does not function as a sports bra. Boobs are just spilling out from every where. The center gore also does not sit flat on stratum.

helpfulI feel like you would really benefit from going down a band size- this bra stretches to 40" and you measure 36!- and up a few cup sizes. I'd peg you at more like a 34DD or a 36D, just from these couple pictures. All that side spillage is boob, you have tissue above the cups, and the gore is nowhere close to tacking because your breasts are pushing it way out from your sternum. Also, where the underwire would sit is on breast tissue on the side of the cup.

helpfulThis bra is all wrong (as you already know) especially for a Sports bra. In any Sports bra the center gore probably won't touch your sternum, however, Sports bras need to be really snug or they can't support or protect you. Even though you think this bra feels too small, it definitely looks too big in the band. Your breasts are free to stretch out the cups as they please. You've got this bra fastened quite low on your back, which is a sure-fire sign of a band that's too big. The back of the bra shouldn't be so much lower than the front.
I've never before seen a Sports bra with such short sides...odd. This one must not be made for running or impact sports. These cups don't cover enough of you to aid in support or protection. You need much bigger cups and a firmer, tighter, smaller band. Larger cups may cause the sides to be taller as well, so your tissue won't be able to sneak out so much.

I have a "sports bra" that fits like that and I have large pendulous boobs. It's not a sports bra in any sense other than marketing--I bought it to use as an emergency swim top when I forgot mine (and only because no one else was around!) I use it for lounging when I want a little support (like when I'm visiting relatives--and I wear a shirt over it). That's about all it's good for.

helpfulI'd like to see pictures with the straps shortened a LOT and the band tightened to the tightest hook and positioned higher in the back. The band is definitely too big. I'm guessing you will find the cups are too small once you tighten everything. You will probably still have spillage everywhere, but you might actually feel some support with the shortened straps and tightened band.
Tightening straps for me makes a HUGE difference in bra fit. Even an inch can make or break a bra.

helpfulI agree with the other ladies on here. As a suggestion for a good sports bra, have you checked out Panache's sports bra? It's more expensive than some others on the market, but it fits true to size and has cups with underwires. It's very comfortable, but it provides amazing support and virtually eliminates bounce for me (and I'm a size 30F.) What's really nice about it is that it's offered in so many sizes, down to a 30" band. Just a though Good luck!

34 DD or 36D maybe even because of all the migration that will happen with the right size 36 DD or 34 E.
