Issue resolved
This bra fits me fine!
Original problem
I think this bra fits me well. It's comfortable, and I don't think I need to go up or down any sizes. My question is - this bra is a 32H and the other one I bought (Freya Honey Deco) is a 32G. This one fits perfectly, but the other one is too big. Does anyone have any insight on what size I should get in Freya to match this size?

helpfulAccording to their website, Wacoal is going like this -
D
DD
DDD (UK E)
G (UK F)
H (UK FF)So this bra is a UK 32FF. I'm not sure how Wacoal's fit compares to other brands though, I don't mess with them The Deco is indeed said to run a bit big. I'm not sure if I find this to be true or not, since none of mine fit me anymore so it's hard to compare. I do know that most of the time, there's a teensy gap at the tip of the cup where it joins to the straps. It's pretty small so this doesn't bother me at all, I think it's just that I'm more full on the bottom and my boobs don't start that high up. Decos are also pretty stretchy so it's entirely possible that after swooping, a little bit of boob is managing to escape back out the sides.
The straps on this one do seem a little wide on you, but they don't dig in which is good. If you like it, wear it in for a while and see if that affects how you feel about the fit.

helpfulThe Wacoal is probably American sizing. American sizing names the sizes differently. They sometimes have 32DDD for example, which the UK sizing does not. I'm hoping an American or someone with experience/knowledge about American bra sizing will chime in.

The label says that the UK and US sizes are the same on this label.
-
The labels are more often than not wrong. It's almost as if they only translate the band size, not the cup size. I have had a few bras that converted the UK size into EU size wrongly.
-
Alright, great. Well then I hope someone who knows sizes does chime in, as you said!

And you don't look like a 32H. Maybe look at pictures here of people who are a 32H?
Another thing is that the deco runs big, and as far as I know, the deco honey seems to run even bigger.
But I think it's also something about American sizing.
Maybe check out bras here with similar measurements to this one? Maybe it will give you pointers towards what uk sizes will fit.
-
What size would you say I look more like?
-
I don't know really. But I'm around a 32GG/32H or 30H/30HH and I just think I look a lot bigger than you! Maybe you can take a look at my pictures? I think you can see them on my profile next to my bra reviews ?
And you said the 32G deco is too big - my 32GG is too small.
For the deco you could maybe try a 32FF or even 32F or also go down a band, maybe a 30G? The deco tends to have a lose band.I think an American 32H is a uk 32FF or 32G? I don't really know much about American sizing.

Here's 32FF and its sister sizes: http://www.brabandproject.com/gallery/search?band=32&cup=FF&age=&brand=&sister_sizes=0&sister_sizes=1&search=Search In general this is a great site to check out if you haven't already.
There is also the possibility that your boobs are more on the shallow end of things, which would make them look smaller. In this case though, I'm pretty sure the Wacoal bra you've got is a UK 32FF.

Thank you! That website is great. The 32FF models look like they are pretty close to my size, so I'm going to try some more around that area! Thanks so much!

helpfulIf the band is fine an FF cup in Freya? You've tried on the G-cup right? Although, in my humble experience Freya cups tend to be really odd for some reason, so it depends on the model. I tried on a 28F Rio and a 28F deco plunge, the first had too much empty space for me, while the second fits fine with only minor gaping in some positions. (full bottomed boobs)

As far as I can tell, Freya often makes cuts that are distinctly made for full on top, or full on the bottom. Example: Freya Lyla has a tight elastic at the top that makes it completely useless to a full on top person (maybe if you size up?) Whereas other bras like Pollyanna have lots of room on top. Deco's cup depth is all in the center, which is what helps makes it an easy bra for some people to get into. It's kind of a compromise between a full on top style (all the space in the top) and a full on bottom style (deep cups with space at the bottom).
I don't have any personal experience with the Rio, or its sister cut Gem, but perhaps it's a more full on top style?
-
The Rio probably is more full on top, but it seems full all over. Freya in general has pretty deep, narrow cups so that may just be the problem...
But apart from the Deco line I'm pretty much done with Freya anyway.

helpfulThe deco runs large so maybe another 32FF or even a 30 G in Freya because the bands tend to run large. A H US is equivalent to a FF UK.

I have the same issue with the Deco and the tiny bit of gaping! I don't find the Deco to run big though.
