helpfulJust like with the other fit request you added this bra is way too big in the band. The fully stretched band measurement should be more or less equal to your big ribcage measurement, so not more than 5 to 10 cm bigger than the ribcage measurement you have listed here. Based on that I would say that this bra is about 2 band sizes too big.
You are also wearing the bra band too high in the back. It is probably inevitably as the band is sliding up because it is so loose, but it might be good to know as when you do try a smaller band size you will be forced to wear it quite a bit lower in the back, maybe even to close it. You might also not be able to close it in the front and twist it around without using quite a bit of force.
The cups... Well, in general for each two band sizes you need to go down you will need to go up a cup size just to get the same volume as the tighter back stretches the cups and will make them appear smaller. A 36F equals a 34FF and a 32G in volume. A cup size up from that will be a 32GG.
Now the cups... They are definitly too small as well. You have breast tissue slipping out under the arm and the center gore is not lying flat either, simply because the cups are too shallow and too small. My guess would be another two cup sizes up from there, which would finally put you at a 32HH. You might also want to try a 32H if you find deeper cups.
You are saying that you have rather empty breasts, but still your breast periemter is listed just two cm more than the cup depth. Are you sure you measure _all_ of the breast tissue including the breast tissue under your arm?
In general a softer shape usually needs deeper cups as the shape is quite deep, while this bra definitly belongs to the shallower and wide.
You should also always "swoop and scoop", which means that you pull all the breast tissue into the cups from the sides. Even then the wires should lie flat all the way around and no cutting in at all. You should not loosen the straps to avoid cutting in, only because the are actually too short for you.

helpfulFor this to fit well, you would probably have to go up a few cup sizes. If you look closely, there's breast tissue being pushed into your armpits and the gore isn't lying flat (which it should be doing). I stand by my guess of 32G or 34GG, and I really do think Cleo would be a good brand for you.
