Bra fitting help » wrinkling in cups with escaping boobs on the sides
Freya » Pollyanna Plunge Balcony Bra (5922) » 28D 28:4
Issue resolved
Thanks for the help guys! I'll try out some wider stuff out and see if that works out better
Original problem
I'm not sure if the problem here is with the style of the cup, whether the cups are too small, or whether it is a combination of both. The last bra size I tried on before this was 32C. The cups on those felt a lot better, but the band kept riding up. Also the cups in my 32C's kind of rubbed against a very small bulge of armpit fat (though if I pulled the cups forward, the bulges easily fit into the cups). What do you guys think I should try next? 28DD? 28E? Also, if you could recommend a bra with a style more suited to my boobs, that would be great.
not sure how to add more photos, so...
here is the 28D under a shirt: http://i7.photobucket.com/albums/y292/Badger1616/IMG_20130220_140303_zpsa29abc84.jpg

helpfulI would say the size is not utterly wrong, the style is just no good. Polyanna doesnt work very well on smaller sizes. Try Cleos like Alexa or Chloe.
Your wires are not too short, you boobs just sit low on your chest But you need wide wires, and these are not.Updated on February 20, 2013 Flag this

really? I have no problem in the cupsize, but the bands are tight :)

I think so O_o. But maybe not all of them. I think bands are as they should be :P

helpfulThe wires are too narrow for you, you need a deeper cup. Try a brand or models more meant for your size and shape. Freya specializes on larger cup sizes so their shape will be more similar to it. From Freya the Deco half cup might work.
I would also say that panache and Cleo in general might be more successful, they tend to be shallower in these sizes. Curvy Kate could also be good, especially the padded styles, Tempt Me, Elegance, Wild, Tease Me etc.
For specialized in these sizes I would suggest Only Her, a Polish brand which started to make their own bras for this segment after realising that the other brands they sold where not really good for your size. Might be worth a try.
Mimi Holliday is more expensive but could also be worth a try.

helpfulWell, if you liked the cup fit for the 32C, the "matching" size would be a 28DD, but in this bra I'm not sure that it would fit that well. It does seem (as Hagane suggested) that the style just does not suit you that well. If the style is different, maybe try looking for styles in the 28D or 28DD similar to the 32C?

I agree with Hagane, the cups are too narrow, possibly a little too deep for you. As a general rule, Cleo by Panache makes wider wires, but they usually run small 1 cup as well.
