Issue resolved
Thanks ladies! Shape improved after tightening the straps a tad, and any half-imaginary quad boob resolved by pulling at the bra a bit so my boob settled in it. YAY. A good fitting bra! Now at least I have an idea of what to look for.
Original problem
I think I finally got it right, just need to check. I'm not worried about the band, it hugs my ribs like it was made for me. It's a 65/30 but it only measures 60cm, which roughly is the same as many 28 bands. So, if you don't mind, I'm going to skip the funny acrobatics to get a back shot. I THINK the cup is great too, I'm just not really used to the shape. I tried on a D as well, but that was a bit too small.

helpfulThe fit looks fine to me . (In the second picture it looks as if there might be a really tiny bit of quadboobing where the left cup ends?)

helpfulI would like to add that maybe you could try tightening the straps just a wee bit? It's all up to you of course and what you find comfortable but it looks like there's some space between your chest and the straps (making it look loose). The shape is a little bit droopy and I think it has to do with not adjusting the straps short enough

Awesome! :D I'm so happy it turned out so well for you!
Thanks!
Libby left boob is bigger than right boob... and that miniscule bit of quad boob dissapeared after I tightened the straps a bit as prettyNpetite suggested or simply after allowing my boob to settle in the bra, filling out the side better.
