Too small, listed for sale
Original problem
This is the first 30 band bra that I have ever owned. I think that this band is still too big. I am curious if there is any way to tell if the center spillage is caused by too small of a cup or just too plungey for my soft tissue?

helpfulI'd suggest going down a band size and few cup sizes up, maybe try a 28F?

helpfulThe cup is definitely too small, and you should go down to a 28 band because you noted the back as riding up. Try as 28 FF or 28 G. Also if your boobs tend to fall into the middle then a plunge may not be the best style, maybe your shape would be more suited to a balconnette or full cup bra. Hope this helps!

helpfulThe cup size is too small, since the center gore isn't laying flush against your sternum. Going up a cup size I think will fix this problem. Also if the band stretches that much, it's probably too big.

helpfulThe cup size is definitely too small, i don't normally give advice but I have a fredericks bra that is way off on the cup size and it fits me very close to the way this bra fits you.
