Issue resolved
I need a different size and style.
Original problem
I am sort of spilling out of the front of this bra and the band slides around more than I'd like. I think the cups may be a bit too wide as well. My breasts are shrinking post baby and I am not sure what to do with them. I have gone from a 32E(the woman who fitted me said I would probably have been better in 30F or maybe even a 28 but they don't carry those) to this 32D and am not sure if the whole cup is too big. So now my bottom heavy boobs are also empty and flat. Please help.

helpfulThat band is way too big for you! I was wearing 32DD/Es for years before I realized I'm really more of a 30 band or 28 and I need much bigger cups. I'd go ahead and try a Freya Deco (underwired or wireless) in a 28E or F, it's hard to tell what your size is from an ill-fitting bra. Hope this helps!

helpfulAs I wrote in response to your other fitting help request, I'm in a similar situation as you are and I think you'd be better off in a bra with a higher centre gore. I don't think your breasts are too close set for this bra, but rather that deep plunges like these don't work well for soft breasts. I therefore also don't think that the Freya Deco as suggested by thinandcurvy is your best bet. That's not to say that it won't work at all, but I would suggest looking at half cups with a more horizontal cut.
As to the band, I do agree though that it looks too loose. Again, I wrote more on this in response to your other fitting help request ...
