  I agree with needing more pictures for more specific advice.

  In terms of general sizing, this bra is pretty hard to fit into, to be honest. It runs at least a cup small and it's quite shallow, so it's not good for deeper breasts. If you do have deep breasts you'll likely get some of muffin effect/overspill on top regardless of size, while being relatively flat from the side. It's a good bra if you like a rounded, minimised-from-the-side shape. It could be that you need a cup (or two) up, or it could be a shape incompatibility. Again, I think better pictures would be needed to be more specific.

  I also have noted that Curvy Kate bras, and the Showgirl lines in particular, are really hard to fit into. If you are already having trouble with the straps being too wide, then going up in the cup-size is just going to make that worse, even if you can get an approximate fit in the cups. I think a little bit of muffin-topping is par for the course with bras that have this much uplift, but like the other posters said, it's a little hard to tell what the situation is with these two particular pics.

  Yeah it looks like the opposite of a plunge where the cup separation is too wide for your girls. I also read on the venus website that this bra is good for shallow boobs.

  I would suggest a larger cup size and a smaller band. Maybe a 30 GG or H. You have quad booking and spillage most likely because the cups are too small. Even in the correct size this bra gives a very high cleavage with less projection. More up than out, if that makes sense.
