Bra fitting help » Chantelle Rive Gauche too small in cup/too large in band?
Chantelle » Rive Gauche T-shirt Bra (3086) » 65F 30:6
Issue resolved
Thanks, I'll look for a larger cup size and have it altered down to a 28.
Original problem
Using the self-measuring guide, I calculated that I would fit best in a 26GG. Since 26s don't really exist, I've been looking for 28Gs online, but I decided to go to Intimacy and get fitted anyways. Without measuring me, the bra fitter put me in a 30E and deemed it "perfect." I asked if they had 28s, and of course they did not.
I bought it because I thought it looked good in the store, but now I'm having second thoughts. It looks like I'm quad-boobing.
Intimacy does not allow returns (which I wanted), but they do allow exchanges and free alterations. Should I keep this and alter it down to a 28" band? Or what size should I get? I am very confused.

helpfulI would suggest selling it and then buying a bra that does run tight in the band in a 28
that one I believe is similar to the cleo leila which has a tighter band

helpfulThe fitter just put you in a smallest bandsize and biggest cup they had.
This one doesn't go past E cup (UK) size, and is 1 or maybe even two cupsizes too small for you - I''m leaning on two because the boob isn't being properly lifted and there is wire on breast tissue. Shame, it's a beautiful bra -.-
Anyway, you need larger cups regardles of a bandsize you choose.
From this pictures I would say Cleo would be a good bran for youUpdated on June 28, 2013 Flag this

helpfulI would exchange it for a 30F because it does look like it is quad-boobing, then also alter it down to a 28.

helpfulI would sell it and try a bra from masquerade in a 28 G, masquerade runs very tight. Try ebay or belle-lingerie.co.uk
