Issue resolved
The bra is probaly half cup or so too big. I'll wear it when my breasts are at their largest. The wrinkling doesn't show under my clothes, so maybe I can simply ignore it.
Thanks everybody!
Original problem
OK, this is the first bra that I have tried that is close to my measurments. I'm still unsure of the fit though. The cups wrinkle - is the bra 1 cup too large?
I'm also not sure of my breast shape - I've no idea if my breasts are FOT or FOB (they seem pretty even to me), nor if they are set high or low, or round or pointy, argh. I's kind of confusing...
Besides, where I live evem 32c is considered exotic cupsize (so no possibility to try anything out)
Doet this Alexa have a ok fit or not. Do you have any suggestions.
I love ts look though, and the shape it gives to me.
Thanks everyone!

helpfulAre we properly scooped in here?
http://brasandbodyimage.wordpress.com/2012/09/05/putting-your-bra-on-properly/If you are in fact scooped in, you are probably inbetween cupsizes which happens alot with cleo, especially the ones that run large like Alexa.
When you push your shoulders back there's no gapping, which leads me to believe that in a smaller size there'd be quadboob in that position and we can't have thatSo this is probably the best size for you in this bra - and if you feel supported enough and the gapping doesn't show through clothing, I say keep it.
Your boobs seem quite well rounded to me, so you'll probably be able to get away with very different bra cuts - Plunges, balconnettes, halfcups, you name it
I do think cleo is a good brand for you, and you should stick to this size because other cleos (except meg, cloe and olivia) run smaller then alexa and you will be able to find a good fit.

FYI I have Olivia and it runs true to size, while Alexa runs one cup too big. Also, in the pics with her shoulders back, I still see gapping inside the top of the cup. It is too big.

helpfulI had this EXACT same problem with the exact same bra recently. It was frustrating, because the underwires fit like a dream, but the cups wrinkled like crazy. While going down a cup size probably would solve the problem, I'd purchased my Alexa for a really great sales price, so it was worth it to me to attempt alterations. I wound up getting it to be a perfect fit by moving the straps in towards the center of the cups (not centered, of course). I cut about an inch of the top lace off of the cup and, removed the straps in front, then sewed them beneath a little flap of extra lace I left behind after the cut. Once the straps were sewn on I folded the extra underarm fabric into the underarm curve and sewed it shut. In the end I had larger underarm holes that didn't fold under my arms and tilt the cups forward. If you look up the photos of Alexa in 28E, you can see my "before and after" pictures. The alteration took about 20 minutes total.

Thenks for the comment. I was thinking about how to take this cm of excessmaterial away - maybe just by making the tops of the cups lower. I think I'll wait for the period growth (and potential tissue migration) and undertake the alteration afterwards if I still need it.

helpfulI have had this problem frequently with Cleo styles. When I'm standing straight, there's no gapping at the top of the cups, but lean over slightly, and there's a big old gap! I agree with Vee that going down a cup size might create quadboob. If you try altering the bra, would you post on how it turns out? I'd be very curious because so far I've been too scared to try altering my bras, but I think it could make a positive difference in how they fit!

helpfulOthers might disagree with me, but I also wonder about trying a band size up (30")? I know your measurements indicate you are 27.4" under bust, but I notice in your photos that the band of your bra fits you the way my 28" bras used to fit me. From your pics, it looks like there might be a tiny bit of pinching around your ribcage from the band. I also notice a slight indentation where it looks like the band was sitting before you took the pics. I could be totally wrong, but I measured myself as 27.5" under bust for a couple of years and wore size 28" bands. I recently got measured professionally, and I discovered I'd been tightening the measuring tape too tightly when I measured myself in the past. So instead of being 27.5" underbust, I'm actually 29" underbust. I now wear size 30" bands, and they are still supportive but much more comfortable. Of course, if you go up a band size and want to stick with your current cup fit, go down a letter in your cup size. For instance, I went from a 28F in UK bras to a 30E. Sometimes women also tighten the band to try to make the cups lay flatter at the top, but this distorts the wires. If you think you might be compensating for gaping at the of the cups by tightening the band more than you need to, then trying a band size up and two cup sizes down might also be an option. Again, just a thought

Hey ,
thanks for the idea/thought. I was thinking along the too tight band as well and I have tried to wear the bra with an extender. The cups were the same (obviously) but the band started riding up. sigh

helpfulIf you are properly gathered-in, I think it is too big. Alexa is known for running one cup too big. I had to size down a cup in it.

I think this might jut be it - the cup is too large. The bra fits better my swollen period breasts - there is less space on top.
I think I+ll keep the bra anyways - the wrinkling doesn't shoe even und the flimsiest of the T-shitrs I wear and I really like the shape, the pattern and the colours.
Thanks.

Thanks for the suggestion!
I have scooped and swooped, so that's as much as i fill the cups for the moment.
Yes I think the underwires and the rest of the bra fst nicely and the the gapping doesn't show through the clothing, so I'm keeping it.
