Well, I don't know if I am having "issues" per se, but I am wondering if this is what would be considered a good fit. I like this bra very very much, however, I feel a little bit like it minimizes me from the side. I am considerably "flatter" from my profile than I am used to. Now this could be because I have never actually worn a well-fitting, well supporting bra before, but I want your opinion. Do you think this bra fits? Does it do a good job?

helpfulThis is just that kind of a bra - it keeps boobs very close to the chest so it's bound to look minimized from the side. Ariza and andorra fullcup have the same effect in my opinion even though they give a slightly different shape from the profile. I think Panache is the brand you should stick with because their cup constructio will agree with your shape best. You might also look into their older styles that had even wider wires.
But to answer your question, yes, I think this is quite a good fit ^^Updated on May 8, 2013 Flag this

I'm sorry, I don't see where I wrote this bra IS a minimizer?
Most minimizers keep boobs low on chest and push them to the side, that is how they achieve the "minimized" effect.
Keeping boobs close to chest does not equal minimizer, but the shape a shallow cup gives is less projected from the side - this is what I meant by "bound to *look* minimized", and I used this term because it was the exact term used in fit issue description.
I did not suggest anyone should wear minimizers or never would I.
I just suggested that shallow bras ("panache cup construction") work best for shallow boobs ("your breast shape").You are free to disagree with any of this, but please don't disagree with the things I didn't write and didn't even remotely mean while I was writing ;)

helpfulAre your wires sitting flush right at the bottom of your breast crease? In some of the pictures they look like they might be riding down.
Do you scoop and swoop? The bra does mostly look like a good fit, but you can't tell unless you know it's adjusted properly. What I would look for the most is the wires under the arms, which unfortunately are hidden in your pictures ( not that I blame you, that's a hard shot to get without lifting the arm straight up and changing how it looks.)
I ask because from your perimeter I would expect you to be in a bigger cup, and my biggest mistake when I started this was not getting breast that I thought was fat inside the wires.
But measurements don't tell everything, so I'd you're adjusted in okay, it looks fine to me.Updated on May 8, 2013 Flag this

Elphabra To be honest, I do have some empty space at the bottom of the cup, not much at all, but I just assumed that is because I have more tissue on top (full on top breasts) than I do at the bottom. I do very much like the bra, it is very comfortable and the wires do come up high under my arms, however, I don't really feel them at all. I have a Cleo Marcie and a Cleo Lucy coming in the mail for me to try in GG cups as well and my main objective is to see which cut is best for me. So I will be posting pictures of those bras when they arrive for suggestions in addition to this one.

I have those three bras (granted, in other sizes) and I find the Sienna and the Marcie to be similar fits :) the Marcie has a taller center gore, however. I love both. Those three bras are a bit minimising, I agree. Other than that, I agree with what Elphabra said about the fit!

helpfulSienna is the only panache bra that ever has fit me. I think I remember the band being tighter than other Panache models but its been quite awhile. I think it looks nice on you. And I guess I've never thought of Panache as shallow, though wider wires yes. Does the band feel like its snug? Sometimes if the band is too snug or too loose you can get some empty space at the bottom - a too shallow or a too small cup can do the same thing so it takes some trial and error to narrow down which one it is. Looking at your perimeter measurement vs the bra's depth it might be that the cup is a little small ... but perimeter / deep correlation varies person to person too. Its pretty close for me which is why I bring it up.

I'm not sure I agree with "it keeps boobs very close to the chest". This bra is not designed to be a minimizer, but is designed to suit women with shallow breasts. Shallow cups can sure be used to minimize, but that isn't their purpose and it is somewhat inappropriate to say that shallow breasted women should wear minimizer bras by using the terms interchangeably :)
