Issue resolved
this bra have the gore center very high for me.
Original problem
I wear a 32G in this bra. This is very tight in the band. should i try 34ff or put it with a extensor? And i think that i have a little quadraboob. What do you think?

helpfulYou look a bit too full on top for this style, but it doesn't look too bad. I've known bloggers who go with a size that gives them slight quadboob because it gives a better shape than if you increase the cup size.
I recommend going with the extender. I find that this bra stretches out very very very quickly, so an extender in a band size that's a little bit too tight will mean you get to keep the bra for longer.

i fell that the gore center press much my sternum even with the extensor. What is the problem?
-
It could be that the gore is too wide, so it's actually pressing on breast tissue instead of just the skin over your sternum. Taking in the center gore could fix this. I recommend what Vee suggests above.

I think that i need 32gg. I want to try it.
-
If you take in the gore, the bra will become more open on top and not dig in as much into your breasts, so you might not need to go up. It will probably be too baggy and deep in 32GG.

helpfulI get quadboob in Lucy in my correct size too, I'm a little too full-on-top for her. I fit much better in a Marcie or Meg.. have you tried them yet?
I also have to go up to a 34FF in Cleo bras (I'm 33" tight underbust) but can do 32G in brands like Freya because they're stretchier. Hi boobtwin!

I have´t tried marcie nor meg. It is the first bra that i have bought in my correct size. So , i have some doubts.
-
Doubts are understandable, it's just that some bras are simply not the right shape for our boobies. I would suggest trying the Marcie in a 34FF (or if you can, a 34FF And a 34G just to see if you need the bigger size and then return the one that doesn't work). But the Marcie is going to be better with your shape, and not dig into the top of your breast so much.
I recommend the 34 because Cleo runs tight. If you try other brands, try a 32 again!

helpfulBlack bras can be a little tighter in the beginning before they get washed/worn a little bit. If you do want to keep this bra, I'd try it with an extender. The extender may also change the fit slightly, so the slight quadboob may lessen a bit because the cups may not be pulled back so much.

helpfulI agree that an extender would be better than getting the next size up, due to strech. As far as the gore being too wide, I must recommend Ewa Michalak bras for their narrow gores (espeicially the PL style since the gore is shorter). Have you tried any?

I have't tried it. It's difficult to find.

Extender + taking in the goe should fix this!
