Bra fitting help » wrong cut, wrong size?

Issue resolved
I've been wearing completely the wrong size and shape. I've switched to more balconette styles in a 34G
Original problem
Hi ladies. I'm fairly sure I'm not wearing the right size bra. And I know this one doesn't fit right at all. The band is too big, and my boobs don't stay in the cups for very long at a time. If I adjust it, I'm dealing with muffin top, and if I don't I'm barely filling the cups completely.
I really need help with which size to get and bras that may fit better.
Oh, and the cups seem to dig into my arm pits any time I reach forward.

AM1579 and what is your overbust measurement, or you could use this calculator http://sizemapp.com/en/
-
AM1579 I can give you links and assistance once we figure out what sizes you should try :)

synchrolover85 My overbust measurement is 45" The calculator says either a 36H or a 38G

AM1579 Ok great so I would recommend trying both of those size but the sister size for a 36H is a 38GG. Your breasts look fairly closely set so you're going to want a narrow center gore, bras that I would recommend with links. Masquerade medina(very narrow center gore, the band runs very tight so you may want to try a 38G or GG because the cups are fairly generous) http://www.belle-lingerie.co.uk/2339/Masquerade/6591-Masquerade-Medina-Balcony-Bra-HALF-PRICE/ or http://www.ebay.com/itm/Brand-New-Masquerade-Lingerie-Medina-Balcony-Bra-6591-Print-VARIOUS-SIZES-/190829458414?pt=UK_Women_s_Lingerie&var=&hash=item2c6e5273ee
masquerade Delphi(very narrow center gore, also a tight band, it's also quite forgiving as to whether or not you're full on top or bottom, which I can't quite tell from the pictures) http://www.belle-lingerie.co.uk/2708/Masquerade/6411-Masquerade-Delphi-Balcony-Bra-HALF-PRICE/ or http://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_odkw=masquerade+medina&_osacat=0&_from=R40&_trksid=p2045573.m570.l1313.TR3.TRC1.Xmasquerade+delphi.TRS0&_nkw=masquerade+delphi&_sacat=0
or if you're looking for a soft cup/sheer cup try curvy kate, I'm not very familiar with their soft cups other than the Criss Cross, but be sure to get it in a 36 because it stretches a lot, try a 36H or even 34HH
http://www.brastop.com/SearchPage.aspx?type=1&size=&brand=&colour=§ionid=&text=CRISS%20CROSSAlso it would be helpful to figure out your shape http://brasihate.blogspot.com/2013/02/clarifying-breast-shape-full-on-top-vs.html and make sure you swoop and scoop http://brasandbodyimage.wordpress.com/2012/09/05/putting-your-bra-on-properly/
Let me know if you have questions! -
I would add to synchro's comments, try something other than a molded cup. They are notoriously hard to find the right shape. Once you nail down your size in some other models, and have a good idea of what shapes, etc. work for you, then revisit the molded cup if it is a must-have.

helpfulI would definitely support what sizem calculates. Try a few out in that size. The cheapest way is through bratabase or eBay, or sale or clearance was online.

If I measure as tightly as I can, it's 36"
