Issue resolved
I couldn't solve the issues. So I use this bra as a sleeping bra now. It's super comfortable That's why the too big band and overspill does not bother me.
Original problem
This bra does look like it fits - the cups don't appear too small. But after a few hours of wearing, the band starts riding up (latest 4 pictures are taken when I already shortened the band - it still rides up)
boobs spill over, gore does float, straps dig into shoulders and the bottom of the cups fold over.
Give up or alternation suggestions?
The bra is comfy (material) so I'd like to save it with some alternations and use it as a sleep bra.

helpfulI had one of these! I shouldn't have kept it, but my burning desire for a bra which was a low key colour to wear under shirts made me hang onto it. Good things I got out of this bra? A bra closure, which I have sewn onto another bra, and straps which I intend to sew onto another bra (it was never a good fit ). Out of curiosity, is this the new cut or the old cut, or don't you know? (CK wasn't really super clear with their release of new cuts of bras). The old cut didn't really fit anyone very well, especially in the large cup sizes.
The base of the bra is very shallow, which explains the wrinkling/folding in the bottom of the cup. If I may speculate, it could also be why you're coming out of the cups during the day. Your apex tries to find the apex of the bra, and it's not in the right place, so you move around in the cups. CK tends to have the apices of their bras fairly high up, so a lot of people find the cups shimmy down a bit. You can upsize in theory to deal with this problem, but it can cause a whole plethora of other fit issues.
You could try moving the straps a little if you wanted to keep the bra, but I don't feel like moving them in would help a huge amount. They're not super, awkwardly wide-set, and moving them in will close off the side of the cups more. It would move the straps out of your armpits though. It really depends on how much you want to mess about with the fit. If you took the wires out, you'd have a slightly moulded 'boob hammock'. I'm wondering how comfy that would be. Please remember that some of my suggestions for alterations are the most completely crazy and extreme things you can do, as I have an attitude of 'well, now I have this bra, I may as well make it fit me'. If it's feasible to return/resell something, you may not need to resort to this.

helpfulThe exact same thing happens with my Daily Boost 28DD in Nude. It even rides up with my Rixie Clip. Funny, I slept in it the other night because it felt so soft. I'm not about to give up on it because the cups fit me better than just about any other cups I've worn, and it looks very shapely under my shirts. I hope the company does something about that stretchy-ness, though. As much as I like this bra I would hesitate to buy another because of this band problem. It's almost like the front of the bra weighs too much for its own band.

Yes exactly, the band is not even "strong enough" for the bra itself, how can it give enough support for boobs then?! So this bra isn't only problematic in my size range... I hope you can fix yours, maybe if nothing else works, transplant another band onto it? Or add some powernet fabric to stabilize it?
Anyway I use my Daily Boost now as a sleep bra and for that purpose it is ok-ish. It's not that I need tons of support while sleeping or that I mind if bottom folds or boobs spill out of it. I love the soft fabric of the cups. It's like boobs on clouds :D I call it now "Daily Sleep" :D

helpfulIt looks like the original measurements of the bra are actually good for you, just that the flimsy construction makes it give up quickly converting it into a bad fit.
The spilling and band riding seems to be because the band does not have a good grip on you and distorts the fit.
Have you tried looking for other bras with similar measurements? Something with a less stretchy band.

Curvy Kate bands are really the worst! Such bad quality >:(
I think of stabilizing that band with some unstretchy fabric though.Salsa – hm I really really dislike Fantasie’s unstable wires! Raspberryleaf did state on her review of 32K that the wires are super duper weak and feel like made of plastic. So that one is not for me.
Cleo Chloe is on my wishlist! Sadly it’s sold out everywhere in my size :(
Daisy Chain’s cup depth sounds really spot on, and since I was going to exhange my PL Carmen with tenfour I decided to get her Daisy Chain in 32K for exchange rather than one of her Curvy Kate’s.
-
Oh wow, then except from the Fantasie Salsa Balcony Bra (2761) (which the reviews are pretty consistent) I am nicely surprised that the Cleo Chloe (6601) and Bravissimo Daisy Chain (PA17) are actually good recommendations calculated by the computer! :D
-
We don't know yet if the Daisy Chain will be a goof fit on me.
If Daisy Chain is an epic failure again, at least I can blame that computer for it :D -
Fantasie Salsa wires are the worst, I'm thinking that mine might fit if I replace the wires with those from an old Cabernet, since the cups fit fine when the band is not fastened!
-
Daisy Chain didn't fit me, I was honestly not surprised. :D I never had luck with Bravissimo bras so far.

I was just looking for a bra that is made out of comfier fabric than Panache Ariza.
Also I hadn't high expectations in Daily Boost – I did buy it with the purpose to wear it at home as a comfy „lounge and sleep – bra“ but it turned out that it is even to weak for that purpose!!!
I have no idea if it's the old or new cut. Curvy Kate did say that only the SS13 fashion colors are „new“ and the solid colored bras will follow in time but they had no idea which stores that already sell the new cut! I got this one for about 10£ on ebay – so my assumption is that it's the old one? AND the reason that it was on sale? I will not send it back since it's not worth it pay exchange postage on a 10£ bra.
Anyway – I already took out 1-2cm of the band on each site and the band still rides up??? How can that happen??? I really don't understand! I never experienced such a weird band.
Definately bad quality!!!
Good, that you could at least use some bits of the bra :D:D
I love your crazy alternation suggestions!
I have intentions to make it a sleep and lounge bra by some alternations. I thought about sewing center pull straps to it. Then exchange it's wires with 30JJ Panache Tango wires – and further stabilize the band with an additional non stretchy bit.
Oh and the cup fabric under the arms comes up actually too high even for me! I think I have to lower this too or I get itching under my arms.
