Bra fitting help » Jiggling tissue above gore, but fantastic comfort
Natori » Feathers Contour Plunge Bra (730023) » 32DD 32:5
Issue resolved
I now understand my breast shape better, and I'm searching for more projected, slightly less wide bras.
Original problem
I feel my soft tissue above the gore bounces too much. Although the bra is very comfortable, I wonder if I need a larger size. Perhaps this bra is not good for soft tissue. If not, would you recommend a bra that would encapsulate a greater percentage of my tissue, reduce jiggle, and provide exceptional comfort for my wide, full on bottom, somewhat shallow breasts and sensitive skin? Thank you!

helpfulBut also, plunges are good for cleavage, not stability. padded is best for stability i guess, or bras with more coverage

As I typed, images of Jolly Saint Nick's bowl full of jelly belly kept running through my head. Giggling ;-)

helpfulWell, this bra is both too small and too shallow, and possibly too wide in the wires. You will need to look for something with more projection at the underwire than Feathers, which is a notoriously shallow bra. It's easy to see in pics 2 and 3, where the underwire is sitting well below your IMF, where you breast attaches to your chest wall on the bottom. There shouldn't be space there. If you're looking for something molded specifically, you may do better in something like Lulu Tout Madeleine, which will offer more coverage, likely narrower wires, and I would say try a 32E. The band will stretch to only 30" since it runs a bit tight, which should be a good length for you, and the larger cup size will give your breasts more space.

Is there "cut and sew"/non-molded you could recommend?

By the way, I moved the bra into the IMF, shortened the straps, and tightened the band: this bra is no longer comfortable or fitting ;-) Now, I'll try this repositioning with my other bras: oh dear. ;-)

It's hard to tell your shape in a bra that doesn't support properly, so I'm throwing several suggestions out. You'd probably get along well with Cleo Lucy/Kali or Marcie if Lucy is too closed off on top. Cleo Lily will have narrower wires, so maybe that too! All 3 of those are good "diagnostic" bras to determine what may work going forward. maybe Cleo Juna as a padded option - it tends to allow for some degree of immediate projection. Junas band runs stretchy, 30F is totally a possibility for you in that bra.
I would not call you shallow, btw. Your pics remind me of me when I first started looking for ABTF. Most unlined bras will offer more room at the wire than anything padded, unless you go Polish. And Ewa may be a good option for you as well, in 65F or 70E.
