Original problem
Further clarifying "size"/fit. Gore poking tissue, some quadding, wire width looks sufficient. Band is fastened on tightest hooks otherwise doesn't stay in IMF. I plan to order a Doyenne half-cup in 28GG to remedy the gore issue and center overflow. Other recommendations?

The band is a little loose on your per your measurements, but iIf you have to put the band on the tightest hooks to keep it in your IMF, it's likely also still a bit shallow at the wire. The half cup should have better immediate projection. It may not hurt you to ask for overlapping wires at the gore on future AP or Comexim orders, if that's something they'd be willing to do for you.
