Issue resolved
Got more brands to try out.
Original problem
Okay this is the second 38 FF and it "just" fits. It is not doing anything besides covering my breasts. You can tell my exact breast shape in the one photo. Help me find my right bra size and brand please. Should I buy a 40 F next? Any particular brand? Should I try the same size in a different brand?

helpfulThings that would be ideal in your next bra: narrower wires, a LOT more projection, maybe narrower gore (you listed the cup separation as 1.5", and the most popular 38FF bras on bratabase tend to have between 0.7" and 1" distance between the wires at the gore), and less open space at the top parts of the cups (the open space at the tos parts of the cups is what is causing the wrinkling on your current bra).
As for suggestions, Cleo Lucy (more projection, narrower cup separation), Cleo Lily or Erin (more projection, narrower cup separation, less open space at the top parts of the cups), and Curvy Kate Portia (more projection, less open space at the top parts of the cups) are all worth trying.

helpfulNo, do NOT size up to a larger band! Lack of support like this is more likely due to a crappy material (stretch lace), poor design or a too-large cup.

helpfulI think this bra is too wide and shallow so it's kind of pressing your breasts down instead of holding them out front.
