Issue resolved
Got very constructive feedback and helpful suggestions from people! 😁 so grateful!
Original problem
Just a fitting check - got a cup size larger after what people suggested regarding my other 2 minuscule bras! Still unsure if it fits well. If I push too much tissue into the cups (like excessive amounts) I'll get a quad boob and my nipple will pop out, otherwise it seems to be pretty flat and everything seems fine. Is this okay???

helpfulThese cups are way too small and shallow for you. I think you're more like a 30F-ish. And you should try a bra with a seamed cup. Molded bras especially ones like this are 99% of the time very shallow. There are lots of panache, freya, curvy kate available on US amazon. You should look for bras with a cup depth closer to your 9.1 in breast perimeter. This one, being only 6.7, is very far off. If you really really want a molded bra, Panache Black Odette or Ardour are the only not-shallow options I know.

F is not that big; try to look at the letters as neutral statements of measurement rather than statements of 'bigness.' You may end up wearing 30F in some bras, 30E in others, etc. You can always look up a bra here and see which size in a bra you want is closer to a 7.9 in cup depth. If there is gaping, you can always put an insert in the cup on your smaller side, I do that in many bras because I have one bigger than the other too.

Alright, I'll definitely do that, thanks so much!! 😀

helpfulToooooo smallllllllll
I'm guesstimating you at a 30F/28FF in molded cups (they run shallow, your shape isn't shallow, you will have to size up a hair) and 30E/28F in most unlined, unpadded seamed cups.

helpfulIf you go here: https://www.ae.com/aerie-sunnie-pushup-bra-robin/aerie/s-prod/6734_4352_460?cm=sUS-cUSD&catId=cat7510134
you can see the stock model wearing the bra. While the bra is definitely a bad fit on her (the wires are way too narrow and she's falling out the side), it shows pretty well the level of coverage that this bra is supposed to give. Not only are the cups coming down much too low on you, but you also do appear to be quadding. I'd say you'd need at least two more cup volumes in this particular bra, if not more (which I know they don't make).Updated on March 17, 2016 Flag this

helpfulI've already commented on your review of this bra - I'm happy that you like this one better than the Sunnie in 30C. Some recommendations for next bras to try (most of these come in 30DD, 30E, and 30F. some of the 30Es are marketed as "30DDD")
Betsey Johnson Eyelet Lace, Freya Deco Soft Cup, Cleo Koko (and its clone, the Cleo Neve), Cleo Marcie, Change Tactel Push-up, Curvy Kate Soda Pop (might have uncomfortable gore), Gossard Superboost Satin Plunge, b'tempt'd sheer delight t-shirt bra, Betsey Johnson Retro Glamour, b.tempt'd b.wow'd, Curvy Kate Roxie, Curvy Kate Flaunt.

I have a Cleo Neve on the way... I can't wait to try! 🙈🙈 thank you so much, you've been a great help!!!

Would I be a 30DD/28E in the Cleo Marcie bra? 😯I'm interested in trying that...
-
tkhkat yeah. I definitely recommend starting with 30DD in the Cleo Marcie and then going up to 30E and 30F it's too small.

helpfulHere are examples of well fitting 30F's:
http://www.brabandproject.com/gallery/search?band=30&cup=F&age=&brand=&sister_sizes=0&search=SearchAnd 30D's:
http://www.brabandproject.com/gallery/search?band=30&cup=D&age=&brand=&sister_sizes=0&search=SearchDoes that demonstrate better why we think you are closer to a 30F than a 30D?

Only if I knew about this website earlier then I would've known 😢😢... I always underestimate myself ... and I always think of cup D and above as huge gigantic sizes so I try and convince myself I'm a C/D... but now I know I am not! Will definitely shop around for more 30E/F bras... thank you so much for this!
-
Of course! Seriously, it is such a common reaction to sizing! I had the same reaction. I'm a 30 E and think my breasts are pretty small 😄. And often, the cups on my new sized bras look huge, especially padded ones, but when I try them on and scoop and swoop they fit!

Made a mistake with my measurements, I measured too much... My breast perimeter isn't 9.1 but 7.9 😅 Knew there was something wrong because my boobs aren't as big as a F size... I'm guessing I would be more of a 30E then? The problem is my right boob is smaller than my left and I'm worried if I get a bigger size my right boob would be gaping in the bra :(
