Issue resolved
Decided to try out the same size in a 3hc, and also possibly a same sized plunge with a raised gore and possibly reduced cups. But perhaps plunges just aren't for me.
Original problem
This is the second Comexim bra I've tried, and its a 60L w/straps moved in 2cm. The other bra I tried was a Arizona plunge in 60J, which was definitely too small.
The good: strap placement is great, and the gore tacks firmly.
However, when I first put this bra on and arrange my breast tissue, it seems like a fit with the cups fully filled, but within minutes my breasts fall to the middle over the gore, leaving a gap at the top of the cups. I tried to photograph this, but its worse in person than in the photos. I can't tell if I just need to size down to a 60K, if I need to get this size but with reduced cups, or if perhaps the plunge style just doesn't match well with my breast tissue, which is pretty soft and floppy (don't know a prettier way to say that ). Or perhaps I need a higher gore?I generally prefer my breasts to be separated, as I don't like the feeling of them rubbing in the middle. In the past I've generally worn balconette styles, so would a Comexim half cup be more appropriate?
I'd appreciate any tips, as I'm really hoping to find a Comexim that fits!

helpfulMaybe a higher gore would help? I don't know if the one you have is already too high to be comfortable, but asking for a higher gore would help separate your breasts more and hopefully prevent them from falling in the middle. I think maybe even a quarter of an inch would be enough.

i think that's a combination that would be worth a shot.

helpfulI think you need the reduced cups in that size. My comexim plunge bra with a raised gore (which means too tall cups for my boob) gave me the gap and I heard that the gap might be gone by reducing the cup height. And if you order the reduced cups, you may need the raised gore to keep the same volume. All of these are what I heard from other bratabase users. I think it is worth trying. Actually I can't find my correct comexim plunge size and alterations since there are too many 'x's to find it. So I prefer 3hc. It has the same immediate projection as plunge cut bras have (maybe more projected?), lower cup height and higher gore, so that it fits like customized plunge bras I guess.

thanks Twoflower , I think I may try to order a 3hc. Would you recommend getting it in this same size? I've heard the half cups can run smaller, but this bra seems like its almost too big anyway, so maybe the same size in a half cup would work.

I don't think 3hc runs smaller. But considering that the plunge cut seems like a fit when you swoop and scoop, I think 60L size with moved in straps would fit you better. If you don't mind sponge pads and your boobs looking bigger, the cookie pocket is another good option you can ask. :)

Awesome, thanks!

helpfulPolish plunges are designed with the express intention of pushing your boobs together, so if you're soft-tissued as well as naturally close-set and center-heavy, the girls are going to experience some MAJOR togetherness! I'm like you, I do not like the smushed-together look or feel. But that's why I don't buy a lot of plunges. I would explore other cuts altogether if I were you.

Yeah, I guess I should have thought about the fact that plunges are designed to push your boobs together before I got this, but I was just so excited to try all the pretty Comexims!

They do have some bras that aren't plunges though, right?

helpfulNo help, but thats exactly why I have not tried a comexim. Plunges and soft, center-heavy boobs dont mix.
fwiw, i just tried the Jasmine and loved it - separation! a bit pointy tho. Have you tried any cleos?

dbmamaz hanks for the tip! I haven't tried the Jasmine yet, but I am planning to try some of the other Panache and Cleo 3 part bras that seem to be popular here though.

helpfulI think either raised gore or 3hc, same size. If the gap is not there when your breasts are separated then no need for reduced cups, I don't think.

Thanks for the tip! Perhaps I'll try both. I just don't want to end up with too many bras that don't fit...

Yeah, I think I higher gore could help, and I don't think it would be uncomfortable...perhaps that in combination with reduced cups.
