Size up in cup and down in band
Original problem
I know it is wrong but where do I go next size and shape wise . Band is too big cups to small. Boobs excape over ,under and the armpits. Really comfortable though. The cups tend to collapse at the bottom after a bit and the wires almost feel like they are twisting as in to flexible.

helpfulThe volume of the cups is definitely too small. If you're gettinga floating gore, and escaping breast tissue at the sides, and quadding at the top edges of the cups, it is safe to say that this bra is overall too small in cup volume. The volume of a 75JJ or a 75K would be better.
That being said, I think that a 70 band or a 65 band would be a better fit for you. As per your measurements I would recommend a 65 band but a lot of people feel better with gradual, incremental change.
The sister size of 75JJ and 75K are 70K and 70KK respectively. If you try 70K and 70KK and find that the band is still too loose, try 65KK and 65L.

helpfulJust want to point out - my boobs try to fall otu of the center of my S, but I can pull some of the tissue towards the outside of the cup to help with that
but yes, you probably want to try a . . . 70KK i guess, past that you have to go to the FB style

I wouldn't mind the center falling if there was no bubbling or if I could tuck the boobs somewhere. Hopefully I can find this fit people strive for too .

As other people have mentioned, I think a smaller band + larger cups would work better for you. You could even size up more than you think you need to in order to get the coverage to keep your boobs contained in the middle. It's quite common to have to do that, especially if you have soft tissue.
Your ribcage is about an inch smaller than mine, so I think you'd probably find 65 bands to feel best (that's what worked best for me about 15 pounds ago!) I agree with Saskia_C about possibly trying 65KK or 65L if you can.
brasandbodyimage wears that approximate size, so looking at her blog and reviews may help. CurvyWordy may have some bras around that size on her page as well.

Yes super soft tissue and skin after losing lots of weight. I honestly don't know what to do because it was easy a bit well a lot bigger in the band . The skin and softness likes to move so contained is good. Thank for the blog links

BumbleBean Yeah, bras & body image & curvy wordy are similar sizes to the OP. But they have really different boobs from her! They both have extremely firm, dense tissue which has totally different needs from soft weight loss tissue. They can both wear the lower gores of PL and S because of their dense tissue, but I don't think the OP is going to be able to. I think maybe BM or a custom, or the higher gores of Panache.

helpfulIn addition to a smaller band you also need a higher gore to keep from spilling in the middle. PL def too low, S is too low, stick with the highest gores EM offers. (If FB comes in your size, I think that's the way.)
Have you worn Panache before? You seem like a good candidate, the wires are firmer. For example I think Panache Sport in 32J could work. (The cups run big and the band tight, plus it is comfy and flattering as an everyday bra for the very busty.)
I would definitely also try a bigger cup, but am not totally convinced you need one. I DO definitely think you need lots more coverage to be contained without spilling. I don't think you will ever get a tacking gore, your boobs are too heavy and close set for that. (The firmness of wire required for tacking would make the bra unwearably uncomfortable.)
You might want to email Ewa Michalak with pictures and measurements, her team may be able to help you. Extremely soft and abundant tissue is one of the more difficult fit problems to solve, because you have to have cups that are tall enough to contain it without also impeding your range of motion and general life

My tissue isnt quite as soft as hers, but it is soft, and I can wear Ss . . . just . . bigger cup size compared to my volume
S has a very low gore in your size range, but not in ours

I have several panache bras and get a good firm tack on the Gore in all of them . I think the gores measure the same or higher on this one than say my envy I would have to check , I know it looks like it's really tiny but it's being pushed down by my breast . The fb doesn't come in my size I looked .

It might be worth it to ask if she would make a FB in your size, or what else she recommends, as I already said. There is no point taking a stab in the dark when you might be able to get help from her team. if you get tacking from panache, awesome!! Because their wires are so much firmer than EM (though that may not be true for her FB style) you may have better luck with them, even if you have to alter the bands smaller.
dbmamaz I don't base my advice on my own personal experience (I've only worn one S bra and in any rate I am obviously such a different size than the OP that it doesn't translate) but on my experience fitting women with these fit requirements (super soft and abundant tissue). It's one of the most challenging fit problems. Going up further in the cup than you would otherwise do is definitely one option. However, this can cause a lot of discomfort from the wire and the cup/strap junction, which on EM bras is already dangerously near the armpit. So it's only one option, which is why before going that route I would recommend seeking out a bra with greater coverage.

No sorry, that's not correct. You can get S & PLs in L, LL, & M cups. For example, CurvyWordy wears an L cup and has many S & PL bras.
Here are the sizes that can be made custom for an S bra straight from the Ewa Michalak website (at the bottom of the page). You'll see a 70 band goes up to 70M.
