Issue resolved
Got some good advice, thanks.
Original problem
This bra fits pretty well, but the cup is too tall and there is empty space.

helpfulOne (possibly the easiest) option is to simply make a special order with reduced cups, which seems to be pretty popular in larger cup sizes with Comexim. I'm not sure if sizing down in the band would help--I bet others could speak more to that. I'm in between band sizes, and since Comexim bands have been inconsistent I think leaning towards the smaller size because its easy to add in an extender, whilst having a too large band is harder to fix.

helpfulI agree a bit with melifish about considering a cup down. But you can always try reduced cup first!
For me, one of my Ingrids likely has a reduced cup and it didn't help with the emptiness near the strap, only made the bra more demi shaped. But I have really, really tall, shallow roots on the other hand.
If it's any help, my Ingrid 65F with possible cup reduction is sitting right next to me and measures as follows:
8.4" on top, 7.3-4" center. 7.2" on bottom.
I think those 3 measurements are a lot more reliable than just the one on here, as it appears that everyone measures in a different area and with a different method.
If you add your vertical breast perimeter, that'll be helpful in determining what depth would work well for you also For me, I have an uncommon shape and I can go more by my vertical measurement, but I think for most people you should probably look for a depth that's in between your horizontal and vertical measurement. Or if they're the same, go with that.My Ingrid in a cup down is perfect.
It doesn't look like you have tall + shallow roots, so ..maybe consider a cup reduction first. If that doesn't work, possibly size down to 65F without reduced cups.=)Updated on May 10, 2016 Flag this

helpfulIt's one cup too big, which is why it's too tall. Go down one cup size.
Sister sizing to a 60H will result in the band being super tight and the cups being exactly the same height (too tall). See for yourself http://blog.butterflycollection.ca/2013/04/what-sister-size-bras-look-like.html
However, because the band is tighter, the straps will eat your armpits, and you may get other problems caused by a tight band (shallowness, wire discomfort). So there's no reason to go down a band size. Going down a CUP size, however, will make the cup a little shorter. It will make the overall volume more appropriate, since your boobs are hiding in there a bit, and this looks too projected for you at the apex.
In fact if you were going to change the band at all I'd size up. You're pretty bony and a band that doesn't stretch to your loose measurement is going to feel tight after a few hours.

keep this band size then if it's workin for ya :)
I would not take bratabase measurements as gospel, everyone measures differently. I feel pretty certain this cup is one size too large on you. It is just my opinion but I have a lot of fitting experience. Good luck!

helpfulYou can just order with reduced cup height, just put it in the comments section when you order on their website.

helpfulI'm not seeing a too tall cup. Maybe by a few mm, but this bra looks like it fits pretty well. Don't let the stock images fool you - comexims that fit well are are actually pretty high coverage for plunges. The extra space is minimal, and I think tightening the straps a bit will help that immensely. Going down a cup would just leave a too small volume, and I think reduced cup height will be too short - you have average height/slightly tall roots.

helpfulI am pretty close to your perimeter although I'm between a 30/32 band. I have quite a few Comexims and on me 65G gives some quadboob, I've found my best fit in 65H with reduced cups, I also usually get the straps moved in and occasionally reduced gore. This looks like a pretty good fit for you though, so you might be able to get the 65G with reduced cups and have that solve the issue with the cups being too tall. Sometimes with reduced cups you may need to size up. It's really easy to request alterations, just put any requests in the comment section of the order.

I don't think I would want to size up in the band, unless the band ran tight. Anything bigger than 30 inches would be too loose. I know it says my loose ribcage is 28.5, but that really is super loose, like take a deep breathe in and measure.
I'm not sure about going down a cup size, I checked the measurements for a 65F and they seem really similar to a 32D bra I own which is too small in the cups.
