Issue resolved
Apparently I have FOB, projected breasts with a narrow root
Original problem
I think I took my measurements correctly but obviously the cup size is wrong. Should I go down one or two sizes? Any other fit issues I'm not seeing?

helpfulBecause the bottom, apex, and sides of your bra look full, I suspicion you may have short roots. I have very short roots and cannot size down without causing cysts and throbbing pain in my breasts. If this happens to you, sizing down is not a good idea You may need a shorter cup with similar height and depth. Also, you may find a more narrow gore more comfortable (the gore rolls to one side in your photo). Perhaps a Curvy Kate Bardot would work because the cup is shorter and yet quite projected. Comexim balcony bras have excellent immediate projection and a shorter cup height than Panache and Cleo bras. You can order an overlapping gore from Comexim, free of charge. There is limited data here on this style, but it may be worth your time to find a Comexim balcony that fits. I wish you the best of luck (some is required ) during your fitting journey.

So the size is right, just the wrong shape bra for me? This all seems super confusing to me, I've never gone anywhere but Victoria's Secret or Target for bras lol.
-
I'm pretty new at trying to find the perfect fit bra. Others answering have more experience than I do. I was compelled to respond because this bra fits you exactly like the Marcie fit me.
I have found that I can get pretty close to the right size by matching the laying down perimeter to the cup depth. -
DressTheTwins when you say short root do you mean shallow roots? If so, I think you may be correct. I used to go without a bra 75% of the time when I had a B cup before kids.
-
You look projected to me, dear. :-) Short roots because your tissue is further from your collarbone. Those with tall roots have more substantial tissue higher on their chests. Hope that helps ;-)
-
And some of us tall shallow roots. I look like I have short roots until I put on a bra with good lift from the bottom and then the tissue bulges up a lot closer to my collarbone than it every looks like it would be without one

So it seems like I have FOB, projected breasts with a narrow root. I probably need to post more bras. Thanks so much for your help ladies!

helpfulIs your measurement around just one breast? From chest bone to breast and back down to the base of the breast on the other side.
Ok, i checked and it seems that everyone who tried this bra in this size said it ran large. But still, yoru measurements seem off
anyways, I sometimes look at the sizes i'm thinking of buying and see if that looks like me, kwim? Look at other peoples pictures

Which measurement seems off?
-
breast perimeter. It should be about the same as the cup volume, but your perimeters are much larger than your cup volume (which means the bra should be too small) but instead your bra is too big.
Ok, but other people measure this bra as 10 inch depth, which means your bra depth measurement is off.
-
Mine are in CM
-
The line on the image to measure it looked like the bottom depth? You're right if I was supposed to measure the full depth, it was confusing.
-
You see it in CM but i see it in inches, it converts. but yes, you are supposed to measure the deepest part
-
I remeasured, thank you!

helpfulI think that this is just as much of a shape issue as it is a size issue. If your shape is FOB, I recommend trying both 34E and 34F in bras that are suited for FOB shapes. The Panache Floris is a clone of the Cleo Marcie, which means that it caters to people who have more of an FOT shape.
I recommend trying the Cleo Lucy or the Freya Arabella/Ooh La La/Siren.

Total Bratabase newbie here, what does FOB mean?
-
Full on bottom. Never mind lol
-
I think this is a shape mis- match for you.
You fill the bottom well , but aren't full enough on top.
I see a little wrinkling at the base of the wires in front like maybe you need a slight bit more immediate projection.
You look in this bra exactly like I looked in Marcie( which is a clone) right down to the rolling gore wire. I have gotten an acceptable although not perfect fit in a Cleo Kali. The gore is lower in it which
helps with close set breasts. I also think this cup is too tall for you as it was for me.
