Original problem
The band is good, the cups are just not the right fit.

helpfulI'm thinking the shape is too Full-On-top for you - often a shape that makes FOT boobs look round (because they mound up above the crest of the cups) looks pointier on FOB boobs.
Not sure what comes in your size that is more FOB . . . but Ewa Michalak S is round pretty much no matter what your boob looks like, I think, because the padded bra is just . . .round. I feel like its a cup-of-boob attached to my chest.

But she's also a total custom size - like a P cup or something

dbmamaz that sounds like a totally intimidating size. But custom sizing makes some sense, after years of never quite finding the right fit.

I havent tried a comexim yet. Most of their bras are padded, but i have a New With Out Tags unpadded one coming in . . . I usually wear 32JJ in panache, 75J or JJ in Ewa Michalak, and this is an 80M. . . which would be the same as a 75N or 70 O. So if it fits, that means you would possibly be a 65N or O, at least in unlined. IDK, comexims sizes are very different.
I am FOT tho . . . at least in a bra.

helpfulThe only obvious thing from the pics is that the straps are too wide for your frame.

I agree with that, it's very hard to find something for narrow shoulders.

helpfulWell the cups are too big, and the band looks good. I always try and fit the depth of a bra to my laying measurement as a starting point.

helpfulI have this bra, and the cups are just bizarrely deep and pointy. It's the deepest bra I own--far more so than my Ewas and Comexims. It fits me best a cup size down from the Cleo Lily I bought during the same year (not sure if it's the same season, or if that was the year the Lily became the Erin). It's wearable, but it gives me major retro-boob.

Comexim balcony, but there is little data with which to male a size decision. I would recommend ordering through Jaimie at Bra Obsessed. She will review your bra entries here and formulate a size/model suggestion. Comexim will narrow gores, overlap gores, change cup height, band length, etc free of charge. And, with PayPal's return reimbursement program, you'll be reimbursed for any shipping charges should you require a return (no restocking fees).
