Bra fitting help » Band feels way too tight, but I love the bra otherwise.

Issue resolved
Based on suggestions I decided to re-order the same bra in a 30E and have a bra extender handy *just in case*! I like the way to cut fits so hopefully the sister size with a bigger band works well for me.
Original problem
I love this bra and really want it in a size that is going to feel good while still fitting properly. Every other 28F has been way too big in the cup and the 30E bras have still felt too tight. I usually wear things a bit looser than usual (still snug is ok) due to anxiety... Not fun to have an attack and feel horribly constricted. Also, if you know of any similar styles or just styles that you think would work for me that would be great! For reference, I *believe* I am more FoB (could be wrong) and I think I'm more splayed and full in the center (not sure if I said that right).

helpfulI'm not all that experienced but it looks to me as if in your left breast you have a little orange in a glass at the bottom and side where the cup joins the gore. Perhaps there is not enough immediate projection. Kali is another bra similar to this, but for me it had a little more immediate projection and worked better for my inner fullness than this bra. It's discontinued but there are some good buys on it on Amazon.

Kali has been my best fit in a uk so far. It's not perfect, but I'm very hard to fit. I tried the Lucy in black because it was the only color they had in my size. Had it been white I probably would have kept it since i'm in desperate need of a light bra. They're hard to find:)
Good luck hopefully something will be a good fit in your new order.

helpfulTry to fasten your bra in front with the cups on your back. How tight does it feel? If it is more comfortable, you may need a larger size. For instance, I started in a 32DD and didn't feel the bra was comfortable until I tried a 30G. There was not enough space in the bottom of the cup to prevent the band from being used for "real estate." This may not be your problem, but I check the band first now before determining "where to go from here." Best wishes!!

IT is just too tight for comfort and an extender messes with the cup a little bit so I decided to order it in two other sizes to try and compare. Here's to having $800 tied up on my credit card with Amazon! Thank goodness for free shipping & returns... lol

Hoping one of your two next sizes are a perfect fit :-) Like, you I'm very thankful for Amazon's return policy!!! And, their prices are often unbeatable.

helpfulIf the cup on the 30E feels good and it is just that the band is a little too tight, a simple fix would be a bra extender. Otherwise, look for bras that have a band which is more stretchy. Often they will accommodate a range of sizes comfortably. Since you are with Amazon prime, you can experiment without risk because of the free returns. I can absolutely see why you want to keep that bra. Love how it looks on you. Good luck!

Thank you for the feedback! I did finally try it with an extender and the cup started to pull *slightly*. I ordered a 30E in this to see how it compares, but either way I am determined to keep one of them! Such a pretty little thing <3

Thank you for your suggestion! I wanted to reply last night but waited until I had time to do a little research on the Kali. I decided to add it to this morning's Amazon purchase based on how it fits you to I'm keeping my fingers crossed! I also got this same bra in a band size bigger (I think I got a 30E) because I so love the look of it. Hopefully both work out well!
