Bra fitting help » Need deep AND wide cups
Freya » Patsy Padded Half Cup Bra (1223) » 30GG 30:10
Issue resolved
Well, this bra is now for sale! I am still trying to find ''the one''
Original problem
Hi! this bra fits comfortably but it is not made forr uneven breast sizes like me... the cup is ok on my left side, but the is a small quad-boob on the right. it does not snow much under a t-shirt. What i like about this bra is the wires! I need wires that are this width! Is there a bra that exists with similar wires, but that offers more projection, deeper cups?
Thanks!

helpfulI have uneven breasts too but my larger one is on my left side. I've been told to fit the larger breast so the gore sits flat on your sternum. I would suggest a cup size up to begin with as quadding isn't good...means the bra doesn't fit - same with the gore not tacking.
Have you tried any polish brands? Closer set gore and more projection.

No, not at all. They are actually narrower and thinner so you don't have it digging under your arms. I love them myself. My cousin said I had "torpedo" boobs but hey, they are up and out of the way! Then she said "your boobs look great today"...LOL Depending on the brand, it will give you a more rounded or a more front and center. The wires are thin enough to widen slightly if you like as well.

Most Polish brands are a lot narrower than this in the wires.

helpfulhave you tried Panache Jasmine? Narrow-ish wires and stretch lace top, very good for slight uneveness. also, the padded bras from Ewa Michalak (like the S, my fave) come with removable pads so i put a pad in my smaller side only. It took me a while to get up the nerve to order from Poland, but they are now my favorite bras

Thanks! i was interested in trying the Panache Jasmine! but you say that the wires are narrow-ish? I need wide wires, ideally in a 'hook' shape (more open on the sides) rather than an U shape. Do you think it might fit? I was also looking at Cleo Lucy and Marcie.

can i ask why you need the wires open on the side? I've never heard of that? but cleo tend to be pretty narrow in the larger cup sizes. you are kinda in the middle of their range, so idk

For most bras that are the right size for me, the wire sits on my breast tissue on the sides, wich is painful. Fo example, Panache Andorra fits well everywhere except the wire is too narrow. For now, the only bras that are comfortable wearing for long hours are Freya Patsy and Marvel. For these 2 bras, the wide wire is perfect! but the cups do not fit well at all. I prefer full cups.

mm, and half cups tend to be wider. curvy kate used to run wider but they've gotten narrower.

Ah, see, if it's sitting on breast tissue then the cup isn't large enough...swoop and scoop all the tissue into the cup. I sometimes even do a swoop, scoop and place in some of my bras depending on how wide or narrow the wires are :)

helpfulI believe Parfait and Tutti Rouge are known to be fairly wide in your size range, but search by measurements--that will help you see the full range of options.

helpfulAre you scooping and swooping? Do you have a side profile view? I thought I needed wide wires for a long time but I was confusing breast tissue with TOS and armpit fat, neither of which necessarily belong in a bra. It's possible you could wear narrower bras and/or shorter underwires but don't know it.

not the OP, but how did you figure it wasnt breast tissue?

No, i have never tried polish bras. I like the idea of closer set and more projection, but are the wires wide on the sides?
