When I had first gotten this bra, it was too big (30K) so I took the cups in and now I have no idea what size it is? Also I can't really tell if I made it too small now. 😂

helpfulI hate to nitpick but it is almost impossible to tell anything from the photos you've uploaded. Try to upload more photos from the recommended angles--front showing entire bra, 3/4, profile. You want to have at least 1" below the band to 1" above your shoulders in the frame in each photo.

Thanks for the new photos much better :-) Yes, unfortunately I will have to just reiterate what I said in response to your review earlier... this alteration has turned it into a shallow bra with disproportionately wide and tall wires. You definitely want to find something closer to your own anatomical size as a starting point! What is your lying down perimeter?
-
The perimeter is 39/40 inches

lying down perimeter means around 1 breast. if you want fit help from this community, doing the full measurements, esp the perimeter, is key. In most bras, your perimeters (at least 1 of them) should match up pretty well with the cup volume. So then you can just find a bra, choose the right band size, and look at other peoples measurements to find the right cup size
-
Yes just 1 boob ;-) Follow the instructions in Bratabase, can you find that section for measurements?
Just taking a wild guess I'm thinking you are probably in the region of 30FF. 32F or so. Though looking at your photos and measurements I think you'll be able to wear 32 bands in many bras--with a comfy 31" underbust they should not ride up on you, and because you are lean around the ribcage, ultra firm bands may be uncomfortable.

Alright I just added the measurements :)

ok I'm seeing 35"... lying down breast perimeter means lie down and take the perimeter of ONE boob, from one side of the root to the apex to the other side of the root. It's not like a full bust measurement lying down, it is ONE breast only. Does that make sense?
-
yeah, she has Horizontal at 10 and vertical at 9.5 . . . so she must know how to measure 1 boob

helpfulit does look like you have a very tall root, so bras that close at the top like that might not be a great fit for you. once you find your size.

helpfulLooks like you took it in too much at the top? Maybe try some horizontal darts at the bottom of the cup, perhaps would give more projection (assuming it's reversible)? I'd try pulling it down and not to the side to make it smaller, but cups are always too tall for me.

I added some more. Sorry about that.
