Bra fitting help » Why aren't my boobs staying in place?
Cleo » Sadie (5891) » 32G 32:9
Although this bra fits I've been experiencing issues with not being able to fill a tiny portion of the bottom part of the bra and over time my boobs gradually slip out of the cups. I was wondering if this means that I need to go down or up a size and if it's something that a simple alteration could fix?

helpfulDo you mean the breasts end up kind of "climbing out" of the bra upwards and you get quadboob? Or do you mean that you have tissue that's not contained at the sides of your body, and/or near the armpit?
Are the bra measurements accurate? These don't really make sense, you might wanna double check them, we might find some answers comparing those to your body measurements. If the band is really 32" unstretched, look no further for the source of your problems... a loose band incapable of anchoring securely in one place is going to move and the boobs will escape sooner or later.
Some profile photos where we can see the bra would probably be helpful too

helpfulif tightening the band is only needed periodically throughout the month like you mentioned below, then you might have luck with a Rixie Clip, I've used one and it works great for water weight retention bloated on me. http://www.rixieclip.org/

helpful1. Try 30G
2. Try half cup bras
3. I don't think you are FoB. So try bras which fit full on top boobs like Cleo juna e.g.

I just altered the bra down to a 28 band and most of the issues stated above corrected themselves. I guess I'll have to alter my bras at different times of the month to suit water retention. Thanks for the help and suggestions though and I'll check out that link!

I am curious though, was it really 32" unstretched? That is REALLY stretched out. Did you buy it used?

Yes

ok, yeah, there is nothing wrong with buying used but in future it will be easier if you make sure the band isn't distended that much. you can still find some great deals if you're on a budget!

helpfulMaybe the bra isn't wide or shallow enough for you. You could probably try manually adjusting that by pulling the wire manually to make it wider. I don't know if you went up a cup in this bra it would just make the gaping at the bottom of the cup wider. I think you definetly need to find a bra with a wider wire. So retry your size and a cup size up in a bra with a wider wire.

They creep out through the sides of the wire over time creating that lump of fat ((boob I'm guessing)) I'll see if shortening the band fixed this problem and will remeasure the bra again. Thank you though!
