Issue resolved
Sizing up in cup.
Original problem
1. The gore doesn't tack.
2. Should I go for a smaller band like in here? http://www.bratabase.com/troubleshoot/di89l/
70 band doesn't ride up as well, so how do I decided which band to choose?
3. Also, are these cups small?

See the horizontal wrinkles radiating from the gore? Need more center projection 
And, this cup is collapsing. You need more immediate projection. Often a 3HC is recommended for more immediate projection, but I can not recommend this style for you. The wire becomes very wide and the wings very tall.Anna at Comexim is, however, designing a new half cup which is intended to fit more immediately projected breasts... This new design may be a great option for you.

70 looks good but yes you do need to size up in the cup imo.
