Issue resolved
Go down band size and up a cup size
Original problem
This is my first padded/lined bra. This bra makes me feel very comfortable. Doesn't slide down in the front, which is my primary problem with most bras. I have shelf, pendulous boobs, requiring projection at the wire.
1. Is this fit right? I removed the inserts that comes with Ewa bras.
2. If this is the right cup size, what would be the cup size for a 65 band? 65H?I have hooked this in the tightest set of hooks and 65 is my band size for Ewa. I tried a 65G before in the same bra http://www.bratabase.com/troubleshoot/di8ot/ and it was very small.
3. The gore stays very close to my sternum, but doesn't tack completely. When I push it against my sternum, I don't see much fit changes.

helpfulI think it's passable, but between the fact that the band already needs to be on the tightest hooks, and the non-tacking gore, this is probably not the best you can do in terms of getting a nice secure and stable fit. And with a fairly heavy bust you will really feel a lot better if you can get the size that is truly secure--a workable, but wobbly fit will cause strain on your shoulder and generally will be a bit bothersome throughout the day.
IMO your cup volume is probably halfway between this one and the next one up, but if you size up in cup volume you'll be able to use the pads to compensate (which also helps with support anyway) and you will also benefit from the added security offered by a good tack. And going down in the band will also help, assuming sizing is consistent in the band for this design. So I would go for 65HH.

helpful70GG=65H (Sister Sizes). From my perspective, this looks better than any of the others you've posted. And, if it feels comfortable, you have a "winner."

helpfulI would second what wendybien said--if it were me, I'd probably be most comfortable on band size down and cup size up, so a 65HH. Since you're already on the tightest hook, it would be great to size down in the band as they stretch over time, and this will help your bra have a longer life. The cups look a bit smaller than I'd like to wear them, however, people have different preferences for how much cleavage they want to show, so its really up to you.
