Issue resolved
Did not fit. I need unlined, something with more depth at the bottom.
Original problem
Here we are again. Inner fullness (if that's really the problem here) has defeated me. I'm not sure if my fullness or extreme immediate projection is pushing my bra down on my ribcage, but that is the single complaint I've had in every bra I've ever tried. I was consistently told that an EM CHP would solve everything, but they were so expensive. I finally came across one here, and these are my results. I can't go 10 minutes with it on without adjusting. It seems to complicate things that i have a short torso and my shape directly below my IMF flares outward immediately, so the wires sit on that 'shelf', which digs. Anyone have a clue what to try next??

helpfulFirst of all, the cups look too small to me. Second of all, I find that Ewas are comfy, but not fantastic for inner fullness in general. I have to re-adjust my boobs towards the outside of the cups, and then move the band back where it should be, and feed my straps back towards the back, at least 2-3 times a day when wearing Ewas.
I cant imagine anything in that size is immediate-projected enough that you wont have SOME empty cup, the key is finding a bra that is still comfortable even with a smidgen of empty space. for me, for some reason, Panache Envy hit me in a super painful part of my rib, but Ewas are rarely that painful when they slip
But i'm in a different size range, so I cant make any recommendations - cup shapes really vary at different sizes

I'm also not in your size range, but for me plunges are the only thing that work for my center fullness and close breasts. Comexim has been great for that, and is so comfortable. I bet you could find a Comexim plunge in your size on here fairly easily.
I also like my Curvy Kate Plunges although the materials aren't nearly as comfortable.
If you have very soft center tissue and plunges won't work, you might try Curvy Kate Florence in Blush. That seemed to a few folks including me to be very projected with lots of room at the center.

I still think that bra is too small though, which could also be part of why it slips down

I agree. OP's smallest perimeter is an inch bigger than the cup depth.

helpfulHi,
It looks and sounds like a classic projection issue for small ribcages and larger cup sizes. Going Polish is the best advice around, but Ewa Michalak tends to set their straps too wide for me and are dramatically inflexible in customer service. Just going by measurements, I am just a size bigger than you in band and cup, on the one side anyway, and I have similar problems. It is called the orange-in-the-glass phenom. I can commiserate!
The Chp solution is more true of soft cup bras with the two vertical seams design. Soft cups don't get pushed down on your ribcage as much and while they can wrinkle at the bottom, it is not so visible as in the padded cup. The most important thing for immediate projection (the word for your diagram) is having at least one, if not two vertical seams on the bottom part of the cup so that the fabric can come straight out from the underwire giving lots of room at the botttom of the cup. Then you want the strap to attach to the bottom part of the cup, not the top part, so that you get a good lift as well. What EM does really well is this design in combination with fairly narrow wires. The problem I have with EM is that their straps are set so wide that they dig into my armpits.
Quick suggestions: try Avocado -K style, Impimi, or Comexim - Polish bra companies that sell online and have the best projection I have ever found. Comexim takes alteration requests free of charge. I have one of each in the mail now and I will post my review as soon as I get them.
I wear a 30GG in panache and freya and a 28H in Cleo -but I really like a tight band and find the straps set narrower on the smaller bands than the larger one. I wear a 65H in EM soft cup (bibi). I have ordered a 65L in Avocado, a 65J in Impimi, and a 70HH in Comexim. Avocado cup sizes by two cm not one inch.
As for cheeper options, Gorsenia is another Polish brand that has wires that are a bit too wide for me, but wearable. They are available from a number of British webstores with decent shipping times (Other Eden, Allbrasizes, Brastop). Gaia and Nipplex are similar brands, but I haven't yet tried them - they are in the mail too. Ava has wires that wrap halfway around me, butif your roots are wider, you might be able to use them!
I can manage with Flirtelle - a Curvy Kate relative, but cup size up to avoid the classic upsidedown 7. I am also trying the CK Bardot, the Freya Rio, and the Cleo Marcie ... again, when they arrive.
Use the search by measurements tool on bratabase and look for multiple vertical seam cups and wires that fit your body.
Good Luck!

Thanks so much!! This seems really helpful! If I am a 30G, what's the best ways to convert that for Comexim and Avocado? I'm assuming there will still be some trial and error. Also, I'd still like to try EM again, probably still CHP? Do you have a suggestion for what you're describing? And I'm US so I have fewer options or higher shipping costs.

My new favourite is http://impimi.pl/en/product/adell-czerwonoczarny/
and a 30G would be a 65IAs to EM, have you tried any of the "BM" styles? You would probably be good with a 65G as the unpadded bras give more depth generally.
Comexim has a tight band, usually, but the cup should be a straight conversion (G is the ninth UK cup size and "HH" - substitute for potentially confusing "I" - is the ninth) However, Comexim goes up 2 cm per cup size, not a full inch, so err on the side of the larger cup. I'd recommend trying a 65HH or a 70H depending on how tight you like your bands. I always err on the smaller side for bands and use an extender so that my bras last longer.
Plus, "bra obsessed" is a north american supplier of Comexim with a relatively small mark-up and excellent shipping and return policy. I found my size with them and then decided on alterations (strap placement, two vertical seam cups, gore or wing height, reduced cup, etc) and ordered those from Comexim.
Avocado skips the confusing "I" altogether so the ninth cup size is J. However, Avocado is a bit harder to get a hold of on this side of the atlantic. As far as I can tell, the older styles "k" - narrow wires and deep cup - and "A" -wider wires and shallower cup - are being phased out for the NF - a closed plunge with narrow wires and higher wings - and RV - a more open balconnette with wider wires and (probably) wider set straps. I like the "K"s and hope they stick around. As to size, I sized a cup up, but I am not familiar with the newer styles, so I'd be guessing. Their website says that unlike Comexim, they increase by 4 cm per cup size so maybe err on the smaller cup size?
European, specifically Polish brands, recomend using your actual underbust measure in cm or bigger, but when the bras are physically compared next to each other, a 65 band most closely resembles a 30 band, even though there is a difference of almost ten cm. Almost all the websites will recommend that you choose your band size based on cm measurements. This sizing apparently works for some people, but others, myself included, find these bands way too loose. You need to decide for yourself!

helpfulI'm a UK 32FF/G in Bravissimo's Satine bra and that it the closest so far I have come with my present size to getting the correct fit. It is a plunge style but still doesn't have quite enough immediate projection for me, nor enough centre volume. I was considering trying Ewa, but seeing you in this one makes me wary.
I've noticed that because like you my ribcage flares out immediately under my IMF, I can't actually size down a band like some people might suggest because the proportions of a larger cup on a smaller band are all wrong - they end up wrapping around my sides in an uncomfortable way. I don't need wider cups when I go up a cup size, I need deeper cups. I tried on some old bras for a laugh recently and found that my old 32C bras still fit me perfectly in regards to cup width and wire width, it's just there is no room for my boobs within those cups! Having that narrow a root, that close together just isn't expected in larger sizes sadly. Oh and for comfort over the rib flares, I gently bend the wire until it fits flush. Most would say to do this when the bra isn't being worn, but I just do it whilst I am wearing it so I can get the best fit.
I also want to try Comexim, but am worried about the gore depths as even on their plunge styles they come up high on the model. My 32G Satine bra has too deep a gore as it is at 2" high and the wires therefore dig into the bottom of my breasts slightly (probably from the weight of my boobs pressing down on them because the fullest part of the cup is not in the right place for me). So I generally wear the 32FF as it's fractionally shorter at the centre gore.
I can't really advise you more than just try every plunge under the sun and then investigate to see if they sell bras in the next galaxy over... But I can commiserate with you! Let us inner fullness & immediate projection people band together, rise up and take over!

helpfulYou might want to try Curvy Kate Bardot or Ellace. They're very deep bras so should accommodate your center fullness but are also closed on top so won't gap (I think you have slightly short roots for your projection). Cleo Hettie may be another to try (I know you tried Kayla but Hettie is a bit shorted and may have a bit more immediate depth). I agree that this bra is too small though, but I don't think a cup up with help it tack much more.

helpfulI have a lot of center fullness/projection and my Ewa PL has been actually really great. Surprised me, because I've never had a plunge work ever. The CHP's to me seem to give an illusion of fitting, even when they are too small in the cup. So I'd also recommend going up in cup size there.

helpfulI think it is too small in the cup. The band might be too big as its stretched measurement matches your loose ub and is 1.5inches bigger than your comfy ub. I bet with a tighter band the too small cups would be more noticeable. A too big band almost guarantees a need to adjust for most of us.

What should I be looking for in inner fullness then? And does that mean I won't find a bra that doesn't slip? That issue is the reason that I'm still wearing 18-hour bras; I think it's because of my short torso but it's horribly uncomfortable.
