Issue resolved
Made an extender, and will look into bigger band/cup for the next try.
Original problem
Another try... I love this bra, the shape, the color! Unfortunately, this bra does not love me. I cannot wear this for more than five minutes before the bottom of the center gore cuts into my flesh like a knife. The wire width seems about right for me this time, maybe a little wide, but better than my last attempts. I still have a little bit of empty space in the bottom at the lowest dip of the wires, and the center gore tacks, but not all the way. I have very slight quadraboobing with my larger breast. The whole bra tends to want to shift down in the front after wearing it for a while as well, which helps with the cutting in, but does not help support me
Is there a way to fix the center gore cutting in? I don't want to send this bra back, but I will if I have to.

helpfulI honestly think the cup is too small. The cups are too close together for you too, i think.
You can try an extender to see if too-tight band is the problem, but I think the cutting-in is because your boobs are pushing the bra away from your body because there's not enough space for them.

helpfulYou need a MUCH larger cup. These are barely covering you, and it sounds like your breasts are pushing them down and away. If your horizontal perimeter is 16in and these cups are 12.2in deep, that confirms this is WAY too small. In an unpadded bra, you should choose a cup depth that's close to the measurement of your horizontal perimeter. I would recommend remeasuring your horizontal perimeter just to confirm it, and if it's correct at 16in then that would mean you need around a 38HH or J in this bra. However I suspect the shape of it may turn out to be too wide and shallow for you. If you continue to have problems with gores digging in once you're wearing big enough cups, you can try bending the wires outward at the gore. Some people just have that problem.

helpfulI had this problem with Lucy too. I'm not a fitting expert, rather a total newb. Just relaying my experience. First, I had too tight a band (it didn't FEEL too tight. But when I tried the next band size up, the gore was better.). The other thing, and I've seen this advice from others here, is to bend the wires out at the gore. This worked great for me on Lucy. I was kind of nervous about damaging something, and was too hesitant at first. It was harder to bend them than I thought!

I have this issue with my Cleo Kali - where do you bend the wires at? the bottom of the gore where it is digging in? or the top of the gore? or somewhere in the middle?

helpfulI had gone through the similar problem as wearing Ariza, because of its too stiff wires and too tight band. I think you need time for' breaking out'. You can use an extender to shorten the time. However, for me, the cup size looks quite proper. If you go size up, the wires may be digging into you, I agree with that the cups are too close together for you, though. How about using an extender and shortening the straps a little bit?

Made an extender and tried this. It's wearable now so i don't have to send it back. Thanks!

Ohh.. I see what happened, I measured in inches for my first set of measurements and then started measuring in metric. Also being newish to this, I'm still trying to figure out where the breast tissue ends at the sides. I remeasured and got a breast perimeter of 13 inches. So that's better, but I will keep a look out for a better fit for my next bra. Thanks!
