The problem here is not the band... You have a 13.8" breast perimeter that you are stuffing into an 8" deep cup. So a large amount of the band is being used to cover the part of both breasts that is not fitting into the cups! Looking at your body measurements, you could actually go down 1 band size to a 34 if you had a bra with big enough cups.

The most accurate breast perimeter measurement is actually the lying down measurement--lie on your back, measure the larger of your boobs making sure that it's resting "face up" and not slumping to the side or center. That measurement, in your size range, is roughly the cup depth you need to be going for.
If you're just under 11" hanging freely then your lying down perimeter is probably 9.5-10" (unless you have implants, then it could be 11ish regardless of position). But I'll bet the farm 8" is not even close to your size!

This band is 30.8 inches lying flat and only stretches to 32? Are you sure? It looks like you're wearing it extremely low as well, have you pulled it up right under your breasts and tightened the straps?

Then what you need is to get a band up. A 38C or D will work, just have to try them out at the store. That size should not be too difficult to find in department stores.

Thanks. It helped a lot. I took actually the wrong perimeter measurement and I had my period as well. I took them again by bending over so my breasts would hang freely. It is actually less than 11". But yes, you're right my breasts are a bit large for the bra. It is a push up model that has padding and reduces the cup depth
