Issue resolved
Bra is for sale. Too small and I don't love the shape it gives under my clothes
Original problem
Some wrinkling in cups as seen in pictures. Border-line quadding at top. I'm not sure if this fits 100% or what needs to be different. I would appreciate any advice or input please.

helpfulI think there is sone who is trying on bras a bit too early. Have you been cleared by your surgeon yet? At the one month mark your implants have not completely settled, so you cannot expect anywhere near a good fit right now, you'll be going for a comfortable fit. Once you are ready (and cleared by your surgeon) you'll want to look at bra fitting as a combination of your implant shape and your body shape. It looks like you have a small amount of breast tissue over your implants. What size implants do you have? Do you know what profile? Like already pointed out, there is a lot of implant not in the bra. Big indicator that your implants are still high and not settled enough for a good bra fitting. That will change given time for the implants to drop properly. Wearing a bra that pushes them up like that can be detrimental to the dropping process, so no bras like this unless cleared by your surgeon. (Standard post op recommendation is still a wireless at this point.) The push up from a small bra can be detrimental in the long term as well, something I learned when I was between sizes and clearing out old bras for new.
I am one of the bloggers mentioned by another poster, and it seems that someone does not think that we are blogging for fit. Quite untrue, it is just that augmented breasts do not necessarily have the same needs in a bra and what would be an ideal fit may not be possible. For example, my implants make my cleavage is too close making a good tack impossible. I could go up size all day and not get a good tack in the center gore. Looking at your healing cleavage, you can expect the same. You can spend all your time looking strictly at plunge styles or you can evaluate how much a gore that does not tack really limits the fit and function of the bra. A soft tack is more comfortable for me than a firm tack that will sit on the actual implant in my cleavage (which over time could actually damage the implant). It is not about beauty at all, it is about comfort. Some fit issues are going to be set on a lower priority because of that.
When you are ready I am happy to help. Looking at your photos I would best guess that you have a high profile silicone implant (400/450cc?), so there is the possibility that limited Freya plunges may work for you. They may be an easily exchangeable starting point if you are a US shopper. Cleo as well. Panache tends to not be as good in the 28G/GG size range for augmented ladies, too wide in the underwire. I will be eternally jealous if you can get a good fit in Chantelle, I was never able to get the fit I wanted in the brand. Chantelle is very popular with the HP ladies as is Natori (you may be sized out). I'm not sure if you are on any of the breast augmentation educational forums, but you may have seen me around one of them. So feel free to find me there as well for some help.Updated on February 9, 2016 Flag this

helpfulHello hotmommy29 ! Congratulations on your new assets! It look like you are healing beautifully and will have some amazing results I am another blogger with An Enhanced Experience. To clear some things up that another poster said: yes, we are all augmented. Yes, the majority of our posts pertain to Polish bras. This is because we have found that Polish bras provide the sizes, depths, styles, range wire length and SUPPORT that we need, all while being gorgeous and very reasonably priced. It would appear that the poster who felt our blogs are lacking hasn't actually read everything we have written. There are several posts regarding proper fit, sizing, styles, and of course, about Polish bras as well. There are 8 of us, and between all of us, we have a vast wealth of knowledge and experience not only about Polish bras, but bras and fitting for implants. Please feel free to contact any of us with any questions about anything bra and implant related. Regarding your fit for this bra, it doesn't look like it will allow you the projection you need now, and will need once you have settled. While this is a beauty, I'm afraid that it will not fit at all once you have fully healed and settled. And as bybabysrules mentioned, wearing wires and push up bras are not ideal this early in recovery. I know it's hard to wait, I hated the waiting! But I hate wasting money more happy healing, bra shopping and I hope we hear from you if you need anything

helpfulIt looks almost like a shape mismatch to me-too shallow at the bottom and a teensy bit too closed at top (getting that from the 2nd picture). Have you read any reviews from https://anenhancedexperience.wordpress.com/? You might get some good ideas on what kind of shapes and styles work for you since they've all had enhancement surgery as well.

helpfulThis bra is too shallow for you, especially at the center near the gore where you require a LOT of depth. It is also too short (vertically) for your implants, which as you point out are currently self-supporting... you do not want a bra that kind of mashes them against your ribcage like that, you just want the breast mass supported and secure Right now, your breast shape is unusually tall (as well as narrow and projected) compared to most women with a similar breast volume. If you can find fitting threads from other women with a similar horizontal boob perimeter, you will see usually their vertical perimeter is 1" shorter or more. You have just 1/2" difference between the two which puts you in kind of an outlier position compared to the "average" boob shape that designers have in mind.
Curvy Kate probably not worth persisting with since in addition to the cup height issue, it is generally not ideal for ladies seeking a very deep and projected shape (the empty space at the base of the cup is only aggravating the fit issues due to lack of cup height, as the failure to settle in the base of the cup causes you to lose even more containment).
I would look at Cleo bras instead (the unlined/unpadded, NOT the foam or padded cups which are shallow) and read the reviews attentively in the 28/30/FF/G size range. Some Chantelle models may also work if they run tight in a 30 band. A few of the deeper Panache models may also be worth a look.

helpfulIt looks slightly small, but wow, it gives great cleavage, I think? I think its too shallow on the bottom, which is why you are pushed up so high. Wierd, the cup depth measurement is the same as your perimeter even tho a lot of boob is not contained in the bra. that confuses me.
But I think its slightly too small and shallow but it looks ok because its so open on top and you are so full on top, you dont spill or quad particularly.
Do you fall out after some wear? That would be one concern of mine. If you are looking for wow cleavage, i'd say its good. I usually want more stability, but i'm super saggy

This is actually my first time buying a bra after my breast implant surgery. My implants are new, only a month old, so they are still very high. They have decent cleavege with no bra right now. Before I wore ill fitting VS bras. I will wear it some more and see how it does with more wear time. Thank you.

There is wrinkling at the bottom and toward the middle of the bra where it isn't filled all the way out. Most of my volume is up top right now.

Is the breast perimeter measurement taken before or after surgery? Because if thats your old measurements, that would make sense.
have you looked at the blog . . uhh . .i forget, its a blog full of augmented women posting about bras, mostly polish bras. You might like to get some ideas there
Wrinkling at the bottom usually means the bra is not projected enough at the bottom - your boob comes out faster than the bra does. Or sometimes its because the wires are too narrow so your boob cant get to teh bottom, but I think thats pretty rare.

With no offense intended to anyone on that blog dbmamaz mentioned, as far as I can see about 80% of their posts illustrate bra-fitting that is geared to aesthetics rather than really supportive fit. There is nothing wrong with that but it means that a newcomer looking at their blog is going to see a lot of photos that show bras that sort of fit, or technically don't fit at all (gore does not tack) so personally I would not recommend it as a tool for learning about how to fit yourself just at first, though by all means it's fun to read when looking for cute and sexy lingerie that will (sort of) fit. They also are focused 100% on Polish bra brands which can be more daunting for a person newly trying to figure out her size and features to look for in a bra for optimal fit. One of these brands has actually halted production and for the others your options are to order straight from Poland or else from a rather expensive boutique, and when you're just starting out that can be more complications that you're willing to deal with!
The blogger Science and Silicone is also augmented but she reviews a much greater variety of brands and cuts of bra, and talks about fit in a way that I think would be more helpful in that first stage of trying to figure things out. (And she is also concerned with aesthetics, you won't find any plain jane or matronly bras on her blog at ALL, she is just not about beauty at the expense of fit and comfort.)

helpfulI wonder if Freya Deco Shape Moulded Multiway Bra (1464) would work well for you - it is very open at the top of the cup so it accommodates a "full on top" shape very well. I have a full on top shape too and the Freya Deco bra gives me really nice cleavage with no quad-boob.

I just ordered a Freya Women's Deco UW Moulded Plunge Bra in a 28FF. We will see how that fits. Thanks

I am 5.5 weeks and was cleared for any and all bras at 1 month. I had rapid recovery done and was also cleared for all activities and lifting at 1 month. I know I have a lot of settling left to do. That is why I am buying my bras on here, used and cheap. I wear a sports bra 99% of the time, but there are occasions when I need something that isn't going to show in a dress or top. In a few months, when I am fully dropped and fluffed I will start to order polish. They are beautiful and I am looking forward to that. My implants are the cohesive gel, smooth responsive touch inspira mod profile (which is their version of mod-plus) silicone at 520CC. It is 4.8 cm projection and 15cm tall/wide. I was a C cup before, so I had good starting tissue. I will definitely have to check out y'all's blog. Thank you. I am a member of the JBI forum also. Lots of very informative girls on there as well.
