Bra fitting help » Wrinkling on top, !!Altered band!!

Issue resolved
Thanks for your help.
I will go for Cleo Lily and give it a try (Lily was mentioned a lot in my other fit requests).
As for the bands, now that I found bratabase I can get a more educated guess on how tight or loose a band would fit.
I will keep this bra as an everyday bra because it gives me a nice shape despite the wrinking. I will probably alter the lace section, so it lays flatter.
Original problem
36E quadraboobs on my, one size up will result in this.
The wrinkling doesn't show under my shirts, so I shortened the band (I am more comfortable with the wrinkling than with the quadrabood one cup down). Now the band should be around a size 34.Any suggestions?

helpfulMarcie is known to work best for full on top girls. You seem to be full on bottom and short rooted, like me! I recommend trying the Cleo Della, it's quite closed on top. But it runs one band size large, so you'll probably want a 32.

helpfulwhy didnt you buy a 34 instead? I'm starting to think you are too FOB for some of these bras maybe? or they are just too big. I mean, remember, the cup of a 36F is the same as the cup of a 34FF.

got it
i dont find those tests useful - how you fit a bra is what matters. I test as even fullness, but i bulge up on top a LOT and need a bra thats very open on top or very FOT friendly.

helpfulThe Marcie fits me a bit like this as well. It just isn't a good shape for me, largely due to where the straps are placed (miles out to the side, too far from my boob center of gravity so to speak) but also because of my boob height to depth ratio. I think you might benefit from trying a different cup shape altogether.
I also wonder if you really need a 34 in any brand? Does the band stay put in other 34s?

i keep coming back to that elomi thats designed for short people . . . i've been suggesting that too everyone who looks short-rooted

A 34 band works for me in Panache. Curvy Kates 34 are quite loose, but they stay if I use the middle hook.
-
dbmamaz are you sure about Elomi? As far as I know, they usually start with a 34GG or a 36DD. Do they run this tight in band or so small in band, they could fit me?
-
I'm not too sure that Elomi would be a good bet for you shiticus . There are actually a good number of short-rooted options in the sub-34 band segment though so you should be OK!

oh, sorry, i didnt realize elomis cups started bigger

helpfulSo I can't see any quadding in the 36E. But sometimes it's hard to tell in the pics. If you like everything else about this bra now that you've altered the band, it is super easy to alter the lace so it lays flatter.

I lost some weight, between buying the bra and altering it. So I couldn't return the bra to get a smaller one.
Well, and I desperately needed a bra I don't spill out and was short on money, so altering the band seemed to be a good idea.
One cup size down results in quadraboobs. So it is probably because I am technically more FOB even if my boobs don't look FOB.
If I bend over there rather even fullness, thats why I didn't try a more FOB friendly bra.
