Issue resolved
I tried Cleo Lily. And it fits. So I have to look for some decent amount of immediate projection and a bra that ius suitable for short roots. Thank you
Original problem
This is one of my first attempts with fitted bras.
From my bust / laying bust measurements I was told to try an 34FF/G at least. Well, I drowned in them.
At first, 34F seemed to be the right size, but then I noticed the wires are way down my IMF.
I thought it could be an orange-in-the-glass, but wider wires couldn't fix the problem.
Is it an issue of projection?
Cleo Marcie seems to be better, but doesn't fit either (I will upload some pictures as soon as possible)
I am also not sure about the width of the cup. They feel wide to me, especially on my smaller breast.
The band feels ok to me. The wrinkling on top doesn't bother me much. In reality it is not as bad as it might look from the pictures. Thanks for your help!

helpfulI'm seeing short, narrow roots and a projected shape. I'd recommend trying Cleo Lily or its clone, the Cleo Erin.

In my experience, the Cleo Lily (and possibly the Erin) had tighter bands than both the Marcie and the Lucy. If you feel that the 34 band was better for you on the Marcie, maybe do 36E and 36F in the Lily/Erin.

in general, try to fit your bigger boob. You can always put a 'cookie' in the too-small side to make it fit, but quadding can show through shirts and there's no solution for it

helpfulWrinkling at the bottom means you need more immediate projection. Some UK brand models I've found with great immediate projection are Cleo Della, Panache Georgia, and Panache Olivia.

Wrinkling at the bottom can be for all sorts of reasons, only one of which is a lack of lower projection - if the size is right the most common one is too narrow a wire.

Aren't Tango's wires very wide, though?

helpfulOh, and I am absolutely not sure about my breast shape.
Since I have very few bras which don't poke my armpits I would say my breasts are high set.
If I bend over, they seem to have rather even fullnes. Maybe short roots, but I don't know if this may be part of my fitting issues.Updated on March 10, 2016 Flag this

I was thinking short root, looking at the pics. I wonder if part of the cup size issue is UK vs US sizing? also possibly wider-set. Curious to see whats wrong w the marcie.

I doubt the cup size issue can be a wrong converted size.
I was fitted in UK-size, but it was only based on my measurements and some try-and-error I have yet to finish^^
I have an overbust-measurement of 104 cm standing and about 110 cm bending over.

helpfulThe band looks good, the cups are a good size to big. Sometimes the calculator isn't as on point with close boobs with narrow roots. Its a starting point not the end all be all of info. Something to be aware of is the cup depth vrs your laying breast perimeter. When laying down the tissue is compressed so you don't get any extra size because of hang and so on. It may be worth a try to look at a bra with a 9 to 10 inch depth rather then this one which is an 11.

Cleo Lily is in fact one of my wishlist-bras.
Which size would you recommend?
I have two Marcies in 36E and 36F. The band is definitely too big in 36, so I would stay with an 34. But I am not sure which cup size I should try.
The smaller one is too small on me and quadraboobs, while I can't fill the lace section of the 36F.
