Original problem
Hi! I'm trying to find bras that actually fit me, and a sports bra has come up on the table today. This is a 30E, though I later found out that Bratabase recommends a 30FF or 32F in this bra, but I had already ordered it. The gore doesn't tack, which I tried to show in some of the pictures but because the fabric of the gore goes much higher than the wires it's hard to show. When I scoop and swoop I get just a little bit of quadboobing but I really would like my breasts separate when exercising. I think I just need to go up a cup size or two, the band feels okay but I'm still getting used to wearing proper bands so I don't have an intuition for it yet. Any help is appreciated, thanks!

The cups do look too small. I would try 30FF/G or 32F/FF based on your horizontal perimeter of 10.5" - the cup depth doesn't have to be exactly the same as your perimeter, but in this size the cups are only 9" deep.

Yep this is too small for you. I agree 30FF would be a good next step.
