Bra fitting help » flat middle in profile under clothes, spilling out of cup, back rides up
Panache » Porcelain Plunge (3371) » 36FF 36:8
Issue resolved
I took it back to the shop. style was wrong and so was size
Original problem
it didn't fit, that's clear, but I want to know which bras to get to avoid the empty flat look side on, in the lower middle that this bra gives. As my boobs are splayed I think I get this problem a lot with bras.
or is it just a sizing issue? :/

helpfulYeah, i've heard bad things about this bra too - but your breast perimeters range from 13.5 to 16, and this cup depth is 11. WAY too small and way too shallow. I really cant see what you are talking about with the 'hollow flat' thing - maybe if you took your pictures in a light-colored shirt it would show up better? But there's no point in worrying about subtleties when you are wearing a bra which is probably 2 cup sizes too small.
But do try to find a non-molded bra first, so you can figure out your actual size. Molded bras make it hard to see anything imo

What do you mean by "boobs looking full in cups"? Do you mean lots of breast tissue overflowing over the edge of the bra cups? That's not a "full" look, that's just a "boobs are outside the cup instead of in it" look ;-) And if the cup is empty at the base because it's too small for your boob to sit all the way in the cup, there's your answer as to why you have an empty/flat space in the middle. Your boobs aren't magicians, they can't be both inside and outside the bra cup at the same time! Either they fit in a large-enough cup and fill it out nicely (no empty/flat space in between or underneath) or they spill out the top of a ridiculously undersized cup and then you get that empty space.

LOLOLOL ...Like almost overflowing... you know?
I get what you mean about the cups being too small now, I didn't think of that before... I thought maybe it was just the cups being too far apart. However I have tried a 34GG in Freya and my bust was completely encased in it but it didn't have that wow factor that it used to have in the 34G which is what I have now but is too small in the back... ;/ I like my boobs to be a little squished, I prefer that look..
...I guess you all think I'm crazy but I did achieve that look with the Freya 34G - Freya » Deco Moulded Plunge Bra (4234) and the Panache 34G - Cleo » Neve Plunge T-shirt Bra (7196) its just that their slightly too small now and everyone says to get 34gg ...but maybe I just need to try those same styles in the 36G -
Well we don't have photos so we don't know if you are crazy hahaha.
Are you talking about boobs being squished together, or just plain squished? The former can be achieved with a well-fitting plunge bra. The latter can only be achieved with a bra that's too small and fits like crap per the conventional standards (although presumably fits great by the standards of people who want to spill out).
Mind you, even if you are "crazy" and actively want to have quadboob and be squished, I won't judge... I can't personally relate to why people think that a too-small bra cup looks "wow" but if that is how you get your jollies, more power to you! I don't relate to whips and chains thing in the bedroom either but clearly millions of people think that's great--so no judging from me, if that is what they like, it's what they like... there's no accounting for taste :-D

Ha! Well slightly squished all over... yes but not quad boob :/ I uploaded a pic in the Panache 34G - Cleo » Neve Plunge T-shirt Bra (7196) that's the kind of upper fullness I like... to many it might just seem too small... but I have just now noticed that I never did fill the bottom of the cup :o I didn't notice though for a whole year and was fairly happy with that bra. I don't know anymore... I just know I need a new bra... all the ones I have are so strained at the back the hooks are twisting out of shape

There is still no picture there

The only way you're going to be slightly squished all over but no quadboob is if you fail to scoop and swoop and wear a too-small cup with your boobs sort of smashed downwards onto your torso. Which again if that is your choice, more power to you, but really I am not sure whether you REALLY are choosing this based on full and accurate information (for example if you are into BDSM and all-day discomfort and moderate breast torture that would be a logical bra preference) or whether you're just so used to bras that don't fit that this seems like a cool way to get touching cleavage. Because you definitely have a large enough chest that you can also get touching cleavage in a bra that fits nicely and does not crush you. If you like super sexy low cut bras you may be interested in Comexim. Idk, let us know if you want more bra ideas :-D

Not squished down, never. Always up, very high up and close to my body. And I always position them up - the swoop and scoop but I do it slightly differently, as Gok Wan shows, he's a fashion stylist in Uk.
I guess they do just sit very high in the cup and do not properly fill the bottom, at least in the Cleo 34G - Cleo » Neve Plunge T-shirt Bra (7196) but not hugely so, I think that might have been just because I tightened the straps in that bra.. But not in the porcelain - that one the cups really are just too small - I'm going to send it back. Thanks for all your help. -
Then sounds like you need a half cup, Ewa is known for this!
-
I'm pretty sure what OP is looking for is an uplifted, cakes-on-a-plate look. (I agree that a half cup or similar style would be a good way to achieve that.)
-
Maybe ducky_queen? but then why squishage? I think plunge and touching cleavage when I hear/read about people wanting some sort of squish effect...

helpfulSince your photos are too dark, I cannot fully see whether this is mostly a shape issue or a shape and size issue. It is obvious that this current bra is not projected enough, and especially does not have enough immediate projection. My guess is that this bra might have an overall volume that is too small, but I cannot tell exactly how much too small it is unless you could post a brighter photo.
I have tried the Panache Porcelain Plunge and I can say that it is very shallow, especially at the bottom parts of the cups. It is possible that other 36FF bras might fit you, especially ones with more overall projection. It is also likely that 36G in most styles could be a better fit.

helpfulLike a couple people mentioned look at the EM's most of her lined bras come with a "lift kit" aka removable padding and offer the desired ante gravity look I think your going for, how ever a bra that is to small, just looks like you don't know how to buy a bra in the right size IMO. That being said, I have found when I want more cleavage I can wear a well fit bra and then just add a tight tanktop over it, the tank gives me the squish and the bra gives me the comfort shape and support.
Now be warned, unlined bras will not give you the same effect as molded cups. even if you go down a couple sizes.
When you say emptiness in the middle do you mean the dip between your breasts? To my knowledge there is no way to get ride of this, and no bra that does it... Every bra is built to highlight the shape and beauty of the build of the female body, aka two breasts. This "dip" is a desired effect for every design that I am aware of. An intentional emphasis of the rise of the one breast, the plunge between and then a rise over the other...
I think I might be totally confused as to what you are looking for here. Maybe more photos? the bra you like with an extender perhaps so we can see what your looking to match?

cjarasmith I loved how this bra fitted me: http://bra.pe/IXXD/
it is a bit too small for me now but at the time I really liked the lift and the way the cups 'hugged' my boobs to my body and the rounded shape.. so I want something similar to that. I'm probably going to get another on in a bigger size

Thanks, ive been wanting to try a non moulded bra for ages.. I will try one asap, its true cant really tell with moulded.
The hollow I mean is the wide triangle between my boobs, side on under clothes.. maybe not very visible because of dark shirt and lighting :/ it bothers me though.
Oh and I like my boobs to look very full in cups so I don't think I want an exact match for cup depth.. for example 34gg in Freya disappointed me as it didn't look full enough to me... but I loved it in 34G when it still fitted me :/ I think I'm just going to have to experiment with different sizes
