helpfulIf you feel that the gore hurts you physically then it would be a good idea to look for bras whose underwires come up lower at the gore (aka plunge styles) or look for bras where the gore is narrower and has less cup separation.
I also see a bit of wrinkling at the bottom edges of the cups, If you're cool with it then don't worry. If you would like to get a bra with no wrinkling at the bottom edges of the cups, look for a bra that is more projected to suit projected shape.
It seems that the ideal bra for you would have broad wires, lots of projection, a very FOB shape, and be in a plunge style.

honestly, it's going to be hard to find something that is broad wired AND very projected AND have an FOB shape AND have a low gore. Oftentimes most projected bras have narrow wires and most shallow bras have broad wires, so if you have a broad and projected shape or a narrow and shallow shape it can be difficult to find bras.
I want to suggest the Cleo Lucy, Cleo Lily/Erin, Cleo Hettie/Kayla, and the Freya Arabella/Ooh La La/Siren/Vixen for you as they would probably have enough projection but all of them seem to be way narrower in the wires than your current bra.
You might like to research Bravissimo bras. They tend to be broad wired and projected. I'm sure some of them will cater to an FOB shape.

wide wires?? okay ill give those a try thank you so much :) and ill also look at bravissimo bras

helpfulIf you like this bra, I would try a 38F. That will make the wire a little more manageable and therefore lower the gore a tad. I think you can go down because the wires are bugging you (because they're too big) and because you're not getting a lot of lift, even though you've tightened the straps some.
If you think you couldn't possibly go down a cup, try this. Loosen the straps a bit. Put the bra on and, after you scoop, vigorously shake the cups (I like to hold onto the straps as if they were suspenders while I do this) to allow your breasts to settle fully into the bottom of the cups. Then, one at a time, pull the cups upward so that the wire sits right in your IMF. Take your time. Once you are fully settled in, tighten the straps just enough so they're not falling off (they should never be any tighter than that), or have someone else do this, or approximate it by gently tugging on the strap and then tightening it once off. If you do all this and still have absolutely no looseness in the top of the cup, then the bra is just not for you. If you have some looseness and like the bra, try 38F.
All that said, I am near your size and I don't get a lot of lift in Freya balconettes or plunges. If you like a low gore, I'd try an Elomi plunge instead, in both 38F and 38FF -- it is always a good idea to buy a bra in two sizes and keep the one that fits.

i feel like im fine with average lift i dont like my breast to be at my throat but ill see if i can give those a try and what do you mean looseness at the top??
-
I think if you do all those steps, the bra will be loose at the top. Like it's a little too big. Which I think it probably is.
-
so if its loose on the tops the bra is fine your say if there is no loosness the bra isnt for me but if there is loosness the bra is fine?
-
No, looseness is not fine. I think she just means that if you make these adjustments, it will become more obvious that the cup is too large (because you'll see it is loose). You do not want a bra cup to be too loose, that means it's not supporting your breast tissue.
-
ohhh okay its just she said if there is no loosness then the bra is not for me so i got confused honestly its all confusing some say it fits fine and going down would be too small and others say its too big

helpfulThis looks too big in the cups. I think you've got the right wire width but the cups are too high and deep for you.

so they are too full coverage?
-
No, just too big in volume. I would size down as long as that doesn't make the wires unmanageably narrow.
-
thank you ill see if i can try a G in this brand

helpfulIt looks good to me.
If it's one of the first bras in your new, 'fitted' size, I wouldn't worry to much about the gore poking you (unless it really, actually hurts - in which case I would strongly advise against keeping the bra).
Wearing bras with sufficiently tight bands and large cups means that the gore lays flat against the skin which can be an unusual experience for your body. It takes some time getting used to it, and it sometimes takes a little time to 'break in' a new bra until it becomes completely comfortable.Contrary to what others have suggested, I would not recommend to size down in the cup, because the apex of your boobs is already in the apex of that bra. There are no visible wrinkles or gaping, so this is a very good fit, technically.
Sizing down in the cup would very likely give you a bra that is too small and have other issues, like quadboob, sideboob or discomfort.Freya balcony plunge bras just look like this, even if they fit. They do not create as much uplift as, say, a Cleo/Panache or Ewa Michalak bra. Unless you're looking for something more lifting, that's totally fine.

i like this bra just for everyday because ive always found my self uncomfortable with my breast up to my chins but do you have reccomendations for a bra that lifts higher but l tried a panache and i didnt feel like it lifted more and one more question do you feel like bras without padding have less lift than bras like this one? and which one would you recommend more?
-
Which Panache did you try?
I feel that bras like Panache Jasmine (6951) and Cleo Marcie Balconnet Bra (6831) give me a very rounded and uplifted shape. Perhaps it's a good idea to order your regular cup size and one cup size smaller and compare the amount of lift you get from each.In my experience, the amount of padding doesn't necessarily make a difference in uplift. Some of my most uplifting bras are unpadded. It depends on the cut and the position of the seams more than whether the bra is padded or not.
I hope this is helpful :)

panache envy balconnette bra, i see a lot of nice things about the marcie bra ill think about trying that one do you recommend any others

Those wires seem like they are at the back of your armpits, too. I might try a cup size down and you'll get more support. For a lower gore, maybe try Curvy Kate. The Portia or the Princess in that same size might work better, as the gores are .7" lower.

what are broad wire? is that wide it seemed like wide wired bras just made me look less droopy, and what bras have lots of projections and full on bottom means the bra or that im full on bottom and even though a plunge would fit better do you know of any full coverages that dont have such a high gore
